GENERAL POLICIES

The fares are confirmed for single or double occupation, with taxes included (16% TAX, 2% ISH and 10% SERVICE CHARGE).

An extra charge of $100 USD will be applied per additional person per night. The placement of extra bed is subject to availability and to capacity of the lodging type.

Counting with your understatement, we try to maintain the facilities free of tobacco smoke. We do not have smoking rooms.

SERVICES

The room rate includes a courtesy american breakfast for two persons, served from 8 am to 11am, everyday (doesn’t apply to room service)

Valet Parking is available. This is a complimentary service for our guests, please notice that you will have to let us know 20 minutes in advance in order to have your car ready at the hotel main door.

High speed wireless internet connection on the rooms and common areas.

We can arrange private shuttle services from and to the Airports of Queretaro, Leon, Guadalajara and Mexico City. If you require this service, contact us to recive further details about its booking and prices.

Our Guest Service Agent can assist you to program a wide selection of activities to share with your family and friends, in and out of San Miguel de Allende.

Check-In/Check-Out

Hotel check-in time is from 3:00pm. Early check-in cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability. Pre-registration can be arranged upon request at an additional charge. Check-out time is 11am. Late check-out can be arranged, subject to availability and charges may subject to additional fees.

Internal Hotel Regulations

ART. 1. - The following Hotel Policies are to be fulfilled by both HOTEL CASA CIEN as well as the guest using its services.
Art. 2. - Any person staying in this establishment is required to fill out a registration card. When the guests are part of a group, their representative will fill out the registration card and provide a list of guests and their information.
Art. 3. - Check in time is 15:00 hrs. Check out time is at 11:00 hrs. The guest has a tolerance of 60 (sixty minutes) from the checkout time without an additional charge, in accordance with NOM-010-TUR 2001. In case more time is required please speak to the Front Desk, in accordance to policy.
Art. 4. - Breakfast hours from 08:00 hrs. To 11:00 hrs.
Art. 5. - swimming pool hours from 10:00 hrs. To 21:00 hrs.
Art. 6. - Casa Cien is not responsible for loss of money or valuables. Please use the safe offered in each suite.
Art. 7. - The Hotel has taken adequate security measure and has a Civil Liability insurance in accordance with the provisions of NOM-07-TUR-2002. When a guest makes use of the valet parking of the Hotel the establishment is not responsible for partial damage or total loss of the vehicle or objects left inside.
Art. 8. - The Hotel will issue receipts of payments or detailed invoice of the service rendered and the amount covered by them, when the guest request it. The Hotel does not assume responsibility for external contracted service such as taxis, tours or doctors.
Art.9. - The Hotel exhibits clearly in the reception area and in all the rooms the current lodging rates in accordance with NOM-010-TUR-2001.
Art. 10. - Any visitor must be announced to the Front Desk and are not allowed in the rooms.
Art. 11. - All guests staying inside the room should be over 16 years old (children are not allowed)
Art. 12. - Use of installations for visitors could incur an additional fee.
Art. 13. - Any damage or loss caused by the guest to the installations and/or hotel property must be paid according to the value set by the Hotel.
Art. 14. - Smoking in the rooms and covered public areas is prohibited. The hotel reserves the right to charge an additional fee on the bill of the guest who smokes in these areas.
Art. 15. - Casa Cien reserves the right to use hotel common areas for events not related to hotel guests. Please contact reservations desks for buyout conditions of suites and public areas.
Art. 16. - Hotel amenities and installations are for exclusive use of hotel guest.
Art. 17. - Speakers are not allowed in public areas. Volume in rooms must not exceed reasonable levels.
Art. 18. - It is prohibited to cause inconvenience to others.
Art. 19. - Outside food and drink is not allowed on Casa Cien premises
Art. 20. - Pets are not allowed.
Art. 21. - If any guest becomes ill, the reception of the Hotel must call a doctor and may be treated in his room and the guest will pay directly to the doctor the price caused.
Art. 22. - Fire arms, explosives, flammable materials, narcotics or similar substances are not allowed on the premises

Política de pagamento

At the moment of your booking, a hold will be placed on your Credit Card equal to the nightly rate and will be issued in Mexican pesos (MXN).

At the check out time this credit can be used as payment or you can choose a different card or cash.

Política de cancelamento

Reservation and Cancelation Policies

For cancelations or changes without penalization charges the limit is 7 days before the arrival date for individual reservations.

The policy before mentioned does not apply to special fares, group or event reservations.

In the case that the warrant Card could not be verified, your reservation will enter into an " Under availability" status. In such state, Casa Cien has not responsibility to guarantee the lodging, and your room migth be assigned to other client that requires it.

On effective NO SHOWS a charge for the entire stay will be issued. For these charge reimbursements will NOT be issued, neither the charge can be credited for a future reservation.
