Casa Anjali of Manuel Antonio Vacation Rentals is one of the greatest luxury home in the area. “Anjali” in Sanskrit means “reverence”. Casa Anjali was created out of reverence for the land and people of Costa Rica, using the minimal amount of footprint, planting more trees than were cut, while employing local artisans inspired to display the mastery of their skills.
Like a precious gem, the tri-level artisan home is carefully set amidst two acres of lush tropical, wild-life corridor rain forest. Such spacious privacy is rare, especially so conveniently located to all the best that Manuel Antonio has to offer. It is just a 15 minute walk to Manuel Antonio National Park and beach and only minutes away from local restaurants, shops, and cafes in the heart of Manuel Antonio.
As you pass through the private gated entrance and guard house, one is immediately surrounded by cool jungle relief upon entering this enchanted realm. Descending to the multiple parking area and carport, Anjali’s inviting countenance welcomes you with glass tower stairwell hinting of cascading water and artisan-Zen grand entry. To the right are 3 stories of bedrooms, each with their own unique ocean and rain forest views, terrace areas, full baths, and walk-in closets. This section includes three king bed suites, two bedrooms with twins that convert to kings, and a guest room with a double bed and optional day bed. There is also the solitary double bed in poolside bedroom; altogether accommodating up to 15 guests.
The social wing is an expanse of living, dining, and kitchen areas with vaulted teak ceilings and designer furnishings. The gourmet chef’s kitchen, wine cooler, ice machine, breakfast bars, and entertainment center serve a variety of gatherings from intimate to grand. Nine foot tall folding window walls reveal magnificent vistas and draw you onto the wide terrace where high end outdoor lounging and dining furniture is conveniently ranged along the balconies.
From the lower level, swim and play in the salt-sanitized infinity pool or just relax and enjoy the view from the built-in Jacuzzi. Relaxation and enjoyment is inevitable with the numerous shady and sunny lounging locations on tile, teak, or lawn as well as a complete outdoor barbecue kitchen, drink station, dining area, and outdoor shower.
The entire villa is air conditioned by remote controlled units in all the rooms and ceiling fans for additional circulation. Security is provided 24/7. Safe boxes are available in all master bedrooms.

Terms & Conditions
Check in is from 2 p.m. Check out is until 12 p.m. Late Check out should be previously authorized by Manager and is subject to a charge according to time. Check out until 2 pm $ 1.500 extra charge plus taxes. Every reservation, cancellation or modification must be in writing and with a number. All reservations must be fully prepaid before check in. In case of non- compliance with the reservations- payments terms reservations are automatically cancel. Hotel is entirely non-smoking.
In case of non-compliance with this rule, the management will charge a penalty of $1.500 according to the local Law. Chef service should be hired, confirmed and fully prepaid at the time of reservation or with a minimum of 30 days before check in. Chef charge do not include the cost of food that might vary depend on menus selected and agreed with chef. Guest are not allowed to take explosive, weapons, inflammable materials or other dangerous chemicals in to the house.The house have a policy of not smoking and not illegal drugs use. Pets not allowed. We apply the "Protect the Children Code" against children sexual exploitation. Any illegal situation will be reporting to the authorities.
No additional guests are allowed to stay in the house without prior written acceptance from management. Events like weddings are allowed and requires previous written coordination with manager and are subject to a Special Event Fee.
Payment Policy
Request dates and according to availability review and sign a rental agreement.Once we receive the signed rental agreement, 50% deposit payment must be received.In case of bank wires payments dates are hold in tentative status for 3 days until deposit is received, previous rental agreement signed.Payment options: direct deposit, consult others.Final payment balance of rental and all services must be received 45 days before check in.
Cancellation Policy
If a reservation spans more than one season, the highest cancellation fee applies.All reservations to be confirmed requires a deposit payment of 50% of total of the reservation and 100% of the balance should be made 45 days prior to arrival. Except during peak season Christmas, and New Year’s week and holidays where 100% of pre-payment is required and do not apply any refund in case of cancellation. A $1500 Refundable Damage deposit is added to every rental agreement. Damage deposit will be refunded within 1 week after check out. Cancellations less than 30 days from arrival date will not be refund, 45 days in peak season.
No refund for early departure. All reservations must be made by an adult over the age of 21. A minimum of one person over the age of 21 for every two persons staying in the property is required. Reservations made under a false pretense will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of rent payment, fees and taxes.
No refund or rate adjustment shall be made for circumstances outside of our control such as, but not limited to, the failure of the supply of electricity, water, telephone, television, internet or cable service, or other circumstances such as weather.
