High above the valley forests bordering the endless Ligurian mountains, the magnificent mansion, “La Barca,” was built by a squire and royal tax official at the end of the 18th century. Even though mules are no longer used to access this special place as in the old days, the destination still promises solitude and and a deep connection with nature. Presently, the most beautiful parts of the villa make up the special suites offering you a true and historic Ligurian experience.

Terms & Conditions
VILLA BARCA is an adult only, non smoking and no pet resort
Minimum Stay Requirements of 3 nights and 4 nights for our VILLAGE HOUSE vacation rentals.
Check-in / check-out
Check-in time: 2pm – 8pm (If you are arriving after 8pm, please call to advise us of your arrival time).
Check-out time for guests and their cars is at 11am. Late Check-Out may be arranged if available.
Parking
We do offer off-street parking with a limit of one car per room. Parking your car at VILLA BARCA is at your own risk. We cannot be held responsible for damages inflicted to your car while staying at our guesthouse.
* PLEASE NOTE THAT GUESTS STAYING AT THE VILLAGE HOUSE CA' DEI MERLI HAVE SEPARATE PARKING ALLOCATED TO THEIR APARTMENTS (NOT AT VILLA BARCA!)

Payment Policy
All rates are subject to change without notice and include applicable room taxes and fees. Rates are quoted in Euros (€) for single or double occupancy of a suite per night.
- A deposit of the equivalent of 10% is required for all stays.
We accept payment by Visa, MC or AMEX for deposit.
The balance of the total stay is due upon arrival by Visa/MC/Amex or Cash.
Cancellation Policy
- For reservations cancelled or amended more than 28 calendar days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded minus a 10% cancellation fee (minimum 30€ per room).
- For cancellations made between 27 and 7 calendar days prior to arrival, 50% of the total charges will be applied.
- For cancellations made less than 7 calendar days prior to arrival, no show or shortening of stays*, 100% of the total will be charged.
* No refund for early departures.
