Luxurious 4 bedroom villa on the hills of Roque del Conde, set in a tranquil residential area of Torviscas Alto overlooking the ocean and La Gomera. Casa Flamboyant caters for up to 8 guests who benefit from 4 large bedrooms (3 bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and balcony on the second floor and 1 family bedroom with separate bathroom on the first floor), a separate fifth bathroom on the ground floor, a garden with BBQ and large pergola, a sun deck with 10 sun beds, 2 hammocks, a trampoline, a pool table, an outdoor table tennis area and a large 100m3 outdoor heated swimming pool with an average water temperature of 25 degrees Celsius all year round. Minimum stay 5 nights, maximum stay 30 nights. Check-in from 12.00, check-out by 12.00. We allow 24 hours between reservations to ensure that the villa has been thoroughly cleaned when you check in.

Conditions générales

Please check our booking calendar and select your requested dates. Minimum stay 5 nights, maximum stay 30 nights. Pay nothing until 14 days before arrival when full payment is due. Free cancellation until 14 days before arrival. Check-in from 12 noon and check-out by 12 noon unless arranged otherwise (early check-in and/or late check-out including free storage of luggage are subject to availability and incur no surcharge). We offer flexible check-in and check-out days. We allow 24 hours between bookings to ensure that the villa has always been thoroughly cleaned when your holiday starts.

Casa Flamboyant reserves the right to claim compensation for damage caused to the property or its contents. We therefore expect our guests to respect the property and its contents and handle everything with good care. Any damage must be reported immediately. The swimming pool is heated with an average water temperature of 25 degrees Celsius all year round and needs to be covered overnight with the cover provided to achieve the best results. Furthermore we request that all guests respect our friendly neighbours and keep noise and music to an acceptable level at all times.

Detailed house rules are available upon request, please do not hesitate to ask. Upon arrival you’ll receive a unique entry code, remote controls for the garage gate and our WiFi code (fast internet access on all floors). Our villa is not available for stag and hen parties or any activities associated with loud music. Furthermore, the quiet hours are between 22:00H and 08:00H and we ask you to respect our neighbours by keeping the noise level to an acceptable level at all times during your stay.

Guide prices per week for 2021 (including 7% IGIC):

2100€* (low season) - 3150€* (high season)

We accept bookings up to 1 year in advance for which we usually ask a 10% holding deposit.

Our rates include cleaning, IGIC (7%), home & liability insurance, heating of the pool, maintenance & repair due to wear and tear.

We can accommodate 8 guests (plus 2 extra cot or child beds if required).

We provide kitchen & bathroom essentials, bath & beach towels, 4 hair dryers, filtered drinking water. Amusement facilities for all ages include a pool table, table tennis , football table, trampoline and hammocks. Our secure parking offers space for 3 cars.

Please contact us for all catering services, birthday parties, anniversaries, airport minibus shuttle, excursions & activities in Tenerife, bookings for restaurants, shows & events. If you enquire before your arrival, we can often get discounts if booked in advance.

Payment for your reservation is due no later than 14 days before your arrival and can be made via PayPal or by bank transfer into our business account Casa Flamboyant S.L. of which you find the details in our payment policy.

All guests over 18 need to be checked in with their I.D. and sign to agree with our house rules. No security deposit is required.

*Prices may go up or down. We offer a loyalty discount for returning guests including their friends and family . Please ask for your discount code when making a booking.
