Check-in Time: 3:00 pm
Check-out Time: 12:00 pm
Transfer Service: The hotel offers a transfer service to and from the airport which can be charged directly to your room. Should you wish to arrange this service, kindly provide us with your flight information and it will be our pleasure to confirm your transportation. The service has a value of $70,000 COP each way.
Early Check-in: Check-in starts at 3:00 p.m. Guests who arrive early requesting their room before normal check-in time, will be subject to room availability according to current conditions.
Late Check-out: Normal check-out ends at 12:00 p.m. At 12:01 p.m., late check-out begins until 6:00 p.m., depending on availability. A charge of 50% of the nightly rate, will be added to your invoice. Any check-out later than 6:00 p.m. will be charged at a full night’s rate.
Early Departures:
Standard Rate - Departures before the final day of the reservation are subject to a charge equivalent to one (1) night.
Non-refundable and Promotional Rates - Refunds are not allowed with early departures due to the rate type purchased.
Reservation Extensions: Room rates for reservation extensions, immediately before or after the reservation dates, will be the charged at the original rate booked with the hotel. Extensions subject to availability.
No Shows: Guests who miss and do not show up for their corresponding reservation shall be charged a penalty of one (1) night of their stay. Guests who have purchased non-refundable or promotional rates are subject to the terms stipulated under the cancellation policy.
Full-House: For better organization, we would like to ask guests with full-house reservations, to provide a full list of people staying with their corresponding room placements.
Hotel Guest Visitors: The hotel's security policy does not allow access to unregistered individuals that have not been accounted for at the time of check-in.
Taxes: 19% IVA applied to the room rate for Colombian nationals. Tax added to final invoice during check-out.
Payment Policy
A deposit of the first night is required to guarantee your reservation. This will be charged once your reservation enters the system.
Non-refundable and promotional reservations are charged in their entirety as soon as bookings enter the system.
Cancellation Policy
Standard Rate:
Cancellations or modifications are permitted up to seven (7) days before the check-in date without penalty. Cancellations or modifications within seven (7) days of the check-in date shall be subject to a penalty of one (1) night’s stay. Cancellations or modifications for full house reservations (all 7 rooms reserved) are allowed up to thirty (30) days before the check-in date without penalty. Cancellations or modifications for full house reservations within the thirty (30) day period from the check-in date are subject to a penalty of one (1) night’s stay, regardless of the cause or situation.
Promotional Rate:
Cancellations or modifications for the promotional rate are not permitted and thus non-refundable.
Non-refundable Rate:
Cancellations or modifications for the non-refundable rate are not permitted and thus non-refundable.
