Terms & Conditions

1. Check In: from 3:00 p.m. Early check in: subject to availability. Arrivals after 10 pm: we kindly ask you to contact us prior to your arrival.
2. Guests must provide the physical credit card of the reservation holder for hotel records; in case the guest is not the cardholder please contact us for information regarding the process to follow.
3. Check out: until noon (12:00 p.m.) Late check out can be requested subject to availability. The hotel reserves the right to charge 50% of the total room fee for departures after 3:00 p.m. Any consumption after 12:00 noon will be charged.
4. Guest registration: for security reasons only, registered guests will be allowed in the rooms. Any guest must be registered before 10 pm. No unregistered visitors allowed after 10 pm.
5. Early departure: an early departure fee of one night´s room and tax apply to guests checking out prior to the departure date confirmed at check-in.
6. Reservations may be modified or cancelled without penalty any time until 12 noon on the month prior to arrival. In the case of late cancellation or no show, the hotel reserves the right to charge the 50% of the total value of stay. For non-refundable bookings, no cancellations are possible and the guest can be charged a prepayment of the total value of stay anytime.
7. This hotel has a smoke free policy throughout all public areas along with all bedrooms, including electronic cigarettes and vaporizers.
8. No children under 4 allowed.
9. Dogs under 10 kg allowed (extra cost). Please ask for our dog friendly rooms.
10. Hotel insurance has a cost of $COP 9.000 per person/night and it will be charged unless otherwise stated.
11. We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the accidental, deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the hotel´s property.
12. If any inappropriate behavior is brought to the attention of the Manager, the hotel reserves the right to take action against the guest or the guest may be asked to leave the hotel.

Cancellation Policy
