☛☛ Group reservations: - We are not accepting group reservations. In case of a group, each guest must book his own Suite for a maximum of two adults.
☛☛ Family reservations: - We accept reservations of two Suites for a family with maximum two adults and two children. No extra bed allowed in these reservations.
☛☛ For a reservation of one only Junior Suite it is possible to add an extra bed for one ONLY child up to 12 years old. The price of this extra bed is 40 US$ per night. No more extra persons will be allowed to check-in.
☛☛ We are offering to our guests FREE TRANSPORTATION in our boat from and to Panajachel (Kayucos Marina) on arrival and departure.
We organize your TRANSPORT inside Guatemala (Private car with driver or Helicopter). We also book TOURS for you. Ask for prices.
☛☛ The prices of the Suites are expressed in US Dollars. They include lodging and access to the amenities of Casa Prana, such as gardens, pool, gym, sand volleyball and yoga studio. Transportation in our boat to and from Panajachel on arrival and departure is also included.
These prices include all legal taxes. There are no additional taxes or fees to be added. We have food service with additional cost to be ordered from our menu.

Payment policy

To hold a room, a valid credit card is required. Casa Prana will charge the credit card after a 48 hours waiting period. This is a 48 hours period that starts at the moment the booking information is sent by Casa Prana to client’s email address. Within this period the client may request the booking to be cancelled or to be rescheduled to another date without incurring in any fee and without being charged in the credit card. There may be alterations in the price when the reschedule of date is requested.
This request for cancellation or reschedule of date must be made by the guest by email.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy
After the credit card is charged, Casa Prana accepts no cancellation even when the guest does not show at the Hotel during the reserved stay period. No requests for rescheduling of date of check-in/check-out are accepted. No money paid, partial or total, shall ever be reimbursed, in any situation including force majeure. However, in the exceptional situation of the Covid-19 pandemic, we may analyze the documentation proving that the guest was prevented to travel. If we find there is enough ground for it, we may convert a part or the totality of the payment already made into a credit to be used in a future reservation of a room at the prevailing price. The request must be fully documented and made up to three days before the check-in date.
