Please note that Catcha Falling Star is located on the Cliffs of Negril
Because of the cliffs and non fenced pool area, we do not allow children under 15 years old to stay.
Check in time is 3 pm and check out time is 11 am
Please note that all guests staying in rooms must be registered with reception
Pool and Sea access is for staying guests ONLY
Please note that breakfast is NOT included.
Upon arrival, a valid credit card must be presented along with photo ID
Payment Policy
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex and cash
ALL reservations require picture ID and a valid credit card
Cancellation Policy
50% of your reservation total is due at the time of booking.
Balance is due upon arrival. Cancellation 60 days prior deposit MINUS a $30.00 booking fee is refundable.
Cancellation less than 60 prior no refunds. No shows will be charged full balance of reservation.
