This modern two-bedroom, two-bathroom home with an additional murphy bed sleeps up to six. The location is perfect for concert goers, hikers and wine lovers alike. Enjoy the paddle boards on the lake just steps from your back patio, take a walk or hike around the winery property, or simply relax at the home while sitting around the large gas fire bowl and soaking in the tranquil lake view.

Steps away from the Gorge Amphitheatre & next to Cave B Winery/Spa, this Olsen Kundig designed small home is amidst the surrounding vineyards, rolling hills, & overlooking the Columbia River! Fully equipped kitchen w/ full size appliances, smart TV, washer/dryer, remote black-out blinds, A/C, walk in shower, & all you'll need.
A perfect place to unwind while attending a concert, or getting away for some peace & quiet. Relax while sipping wine or coffee on the outdoor patio & taking in the view!
Easy access key-less entry leads you in to the fully equipped kitchen/great room area with all the amenities. Remote black-out blinds for the panoramic windows in the living room. Sleep in the comfortable king bed & use the sofa bed for guests. The endless hot water on demand for the large walk in shower is a nice feature.

Filled with original art and touches of character from the owners, "The Backstage Pass" unit is your ticket to relaxation, stunning views, and the Gorge Amphitheater. It is one of a few homes located on the ridge, providing a more private locale with stunning, unobstructed views of the Gorge, hills, vineyard, Cave B Hotel and winery.

It is also available to rent with "The Headliner" unit located on the point of the ridge.

Cancellation Policy: 7 Days Prior to Arrival for full refund. Concert Weekends are non refundable. Full payment at time of booking. Damage Deposit of $500 is due 45 days prior. Additional $50 per person per night for 3rd and 4th person occupying a Condo. Guaranteed Check-in 3pm, Check out 11am. When not occupied the previous night, Early Check-in available.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY - BY ACCEPTING THIS RESERVATION: In consideration of being allowed to stay at the Cave B Ridge Condos or Lake Homes, and K Rose’ Hospitality LLC, staying and leasing the unit:

I/We , appreciate, and agree that:

1. The risk of injury from any activities involved in staying at Cave B Ridge or Lake Homes can be significant, including the potential for permanent paralysis and death, and while particular skills, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious injury does exist; and,
2. I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM
THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation; and,
3. I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation. If, however, I
observe any unusual significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from participation
and bring such to the attention of the Company immediately; and,
4. I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE,
INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS THE OWNERS OF THE SPECIFIED UNIT AT CAVE B RIDGE CONDOS, THE LAKES AT THE GORGE, K ROSE’ HOSPITALITY LLC AND:

their officers, officials, agents and/or employees, other sponsoring agencies, sponsors, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used for the activity (“Releasees”), WITH RESPECT TO ANY
AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE
NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT , FULLY UNDERSTAND
ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT, AND SIGN IT FREELY
AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT.
