A former gentlemens residence built in the late 18th century, it still retains many original features including high ceilings & beautifully well appointed rooms which have been recently refurbished and is now constantly receiving the highest ratings on many of the leading hotel review websites.
A 5 minute walk to the award winning blue flag beach and the town centre, where there is plenty to do and see including many restaurants and pubs within walking distance.
All of our rooms are fully equipped with Tea/Coffee making facilities, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, shower/shower with bath, fitted with flat screen TV's,
and the whole hotel has FREE WiFi which works very well throughout.
All guests have 24 hour access to the Hotel and are provided with there own door entry key.

Terms & Conditions
DAMAGE POLICY -
Any damages or breakages (unless through normal wear and tear) will be charged at replacement cost. Smoking in rooms £100 loss of keys £10. Towels will be changed on the third day of your stay when requested.
CAR PARKING - Use of the car park for the duration of your stay requires a parking permit (£10) i.e Minimum 1 Day, Maximum 28 Days. Spaces are not reserved and are subject to availability.
CHECK IN/OUT POLICY - Proof of identification and a valid credit card (in your name) is required. If you do not have a credit card you will be required to pay a security deposit. Failure to check out after 11am will result in a late check out charge of £20.
Payment Policy
Bookings of 3 rooms or more: 25% of reservation cost will be charged upfront.
Reservation cost will be charged 24 hours before arrival unless payment on arrival is requested.
Cancellation Policy
If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. unless your booking is non cancellation.
If cancelled, non-cancellation bookings will be charged 100 percent of the total booking cost.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Bookings of 3 rooms or more: 25% of reservation cost is charged upfront.
Discounted bookings are non-cancellation.
Pre-paid non-cancellation bookings cannot be cancelled or modified.
