Terms & Conditions
All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on-site in designated areas.
Free parking is available to all our overnight guests.
Our rates are based on double occupancy. Extra guests are charged $10/night.
We tidy rooms every day and change towels as needed. Additional full cleaning is available for $25 CAD.
We reserve the right to charge for any damage to or removal of items from the premises and/or unusual cleaning. Damaged or missing items from rooms post check out will be charged to your credit card on file. These include but are not limited to remote controls, bathrobes, soap dispensers, towels, linens, pillows, mugs, room key, books, etc.
Dishes must be washed in the cabins upon checkout. Unwashed dishes will be charged a $20 CAD cleaning fee.

Payment Policy
Hotel collects payment ONSITE.
Guests may pay by visa, mastercard, or cash.
15% tax will be added to all of our rates, which are based on double occupancy.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation without penalty: 14 days prior to arrival.
Penalty after 14 days: 50% of the reservation fee plus tax.
NOTE - Reservations more than $1000 in value will require a non-refundable 20% deposit to hold the room payable 3 months prior to check in.
