Welcome to the Central Suites at Odd Fellows and the Central Villas. If you have questions or concerns after 4:00 p.m., please contact 419.203.9757 or 419.605.7790. Our team is happy to help. If you need assistance during normal Central business hours, please email guestservices@central-insurance.com
The Suites are maintained by our stakeholders, and we kindly ask guests to treat Central’s facilities and property with respect and care. Any damage to Central’s property, including but not limited to rooms, furnishings, and amenities may be subject to a fine equal to the amount of the damages.
All guests agree to behave responsibly and respectfully while staying with us. We kindly remind you that our facilities are non-smoking. Additionally, guests agree not to engage in illegal activities, including but not limited to, drug use, harassment, or property damage or defacement.
Central is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings or valuables during the duration of your stay.
There is no check-in process. If you do not already have the Gallagher Mobile Connect app, please look for an email and text from Gallagher Mobile Connect and add the app to your phone for access to your unit during your stay. Access is limited to your arrival date to your departure date.
Central employees utilizing the Gathering Spaces are expected to conduct themselves responsibly and not overindulge. The maximum capacity for these spaces is 75 people, in compliance with fire safety regulations.

Payment Policy
No payment necessary.
Housekeeping: Central employees staying in the Suites or Villas must remove sheets from the bed and load sheets and used towels into the washing machine. Please also load used dishes into the dishwasher and start a cycle prior to departure. Central employees using Chief’s Pub or the Hearth Room Please clean up after yourselves. Cleaning supplies are available under the sink in the bar area.
Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 8:00 a.m. If your stay falls outside of these times, please email GuestServices@central-insurance.com.
