Thank you for choosing Chama River Bend Lodge as your home away from home! Please provide a valid credit card required to guarantee all reservations. Check in is 2:00pm. Late arrivals after 10:00pm, please call ahead to guarantee late check in. Check out is 11:00am. Late check outs will incur an hourly fee. Cancellations, changes or early departures, must be known within 48 hours of original booking date. All reservations will be processed for payment in full on the day of arrival to ensure all arrivals are guaranteed for valid check in. NO SMOKING - All units are non-smoking. The NM State Law requires smokers to remain 50ft. from the buildings or you may smoke in the privacy of your own vehicle. Cabins are pet friendly. *NO Pets allowed in the rooms or vacation homes as per lodge policies. Vacation homes have a onetime $100. Maintenace /Cleaning fee. Pet fee per pet. Please see Pet Policy under cancellation Policy section. Please inform us when bringing your pet into the lodge. We strive to maintain a safe and pleasant environment for all our guests and staff. Payment Policy

Thank you for your business. All major credit cards accepted. Chama River Bend Lodge will not guarantee a reservation without a valid credit card. There is a fee for all credit card transaction. Our cancellation policies and procedures require a 48hr notice of any changes, early departures or cancellations made to existing reservations. All reservations will be processed for payment in full on the day of arrival to insure all arrivals are guaranteed for valid check in. Please Note: If the booking guarantee/ CC Info is found to be invalid even on arrival date then the reservation will be automatically cancelled without notice. Guaranteed payment for guest reservation insures that the guest will comply with ALL Chama River Bend Lodge Policies.

Cancellation Policy

Due to our secluded, wooded location and seasonal nature, late cancellation have a significant impact on business at Chama River Bend Lodge. Please take into consideration the 48 hour notice we have given our guest to cancel in a timely manner prior to your arrival. To avoid cancellation charges, reservation must be cancelled within 48 hours of arrival date. Vacation Homes, Large Groups, Scheduled Seasonal Events and Holidays will require up to 14 days for a cancellation notice. All reservations made for large groups, scheduled events and holidays may require a per-arrival payment guarantee. If you do not cancel or do not show to check in, then we reserve the right to charge your account the full amount of your reserved booking. No refunds will be made for early departures. If in the event there are any legal fees incur they will also be will be paid out by the guest. Chama River Bend Lodge reserves the right to refuse business services and or lodging to anyone without prejudice or prior notice. All reservations payments are processed on date of arrival. Note: Invalid credit card will not guarantee your reservation. NO SMOKING IN ROOMS, CABINS OR VACATION RENTAL HOMES. You must be 30ft. from the buildings or in the privacy of your own vehicle.
PET POLICY:
Pet Behavior and Owners Responsibility. Pet Fee Applied Per Pet. It is guest’s responsibility for the behavior of their pet during their stay with us. The Chama River Bend Lodge reserves the right to refuse accommodations to anyone with a pet. Housekeeping may not be provided if it is deemed that subsequent pet has been left unattended in cabin. Certain breeds of animals will not be allowed based upon their inherent demeanor. No more than two pets allowed in Cabins.
SERVICE PETS:
Registered Service animals must comply with NM State laws and certification and will be booked in a pet friendly unit at the discretion of Chama River Bend Lodge Management. Pet owner is financially responsible for any cleaning fees or damages that may occur.
LEASH POLICY:
CABINS are the only pet friendly Units. NO PETS are allowed in rooms or houses.
Pet must be kept on a leash at ALL times in the exterior grounds of the Chama River Bend Lodge property. Unattended pets may be removed from the property at pet owner’s expense.
DAMAGES AND SOILING:
Pet owner is fully responsible for any and all damages and/or soiling caused by guest’s pet during their stay. The costs for the repair or additional cleaning requirements (including labor) will be charged accordingly to the credit card provided upon check in.
Kenneled Pets in Cabins:
Pets left unattended in Cabin must be in a kennel. CRBL personnel reserves the
right to enter the Cabin in which a pet is currently occupying. The bathing and grooming of pets is not permitted in the guest Cabin.
Noisy or Disturbing Pet:
If guest’s pet disturb other CRBL guests, the CRBL will have no other choice but to
refuse further accommodation for guest’s pet without refund. For this reason we ask that you provide us with a cell phone number enabling us to reach you if you are not in the room and your pet is creating a disturbance. Fair warning will be given only once. A second warning will lead to eviction of the pet and possibly their entire party with no refund. If the guest cannot be reached and the pet must be removed, the cost to relocate the pet will be covered by the registered guest of the cabin.

Pet owners must pick up after pets on CRBL property.
Please note: By bringing a pet in our facility you are agreeing to the Chama River Bend Lodge pet policies and to indemnify the Chama River Bend Lodge for any injuries, damage or loss of revenue to the Chama River Bend Lodge or a third party caused by your pet. As the pet’s owner/handler, you are responsible for any liability arising from your pet’s actions. These policies is put into place for the safety of our guests and staff.
