Chaparral Place is the first corporate apartments built to serve energy companies drilling in Eagle Fords growing oil industry. Our apartments were made specifically with oil field workers in mind allowing flexible lodging arrangement whether it be short term or long term stays or flexible accommodations to fit 1, 2, 3 or 4 residents. Our property has a policy of No Smoking and No Pets. If you are found to be in violation of either of these, you will be assessed a $200 fee.
Check-in time is 3:00 pm. We will be happy to check you in early if your room is available. Check out time is 12:00 noon.
Our office hours are 7 am to 7 pm Monday through Friday and 9 am to 7 pm on Saturday and Sunday. Please let us know ahead of time if you will be arriving after the office is closed. Arrangements will be made to process your check in before your arrival and your key will be left for you.
Our property accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB and UnionPay cards.
Free parking is available to all our overnight guests.
Second and third floor guest rooms are accessible by stair. Please contact us to request a first floor room.
No hourly rates available.
No cash accepted onsite.
Items left behind and requested to be mailed will incur a minimum charge of $10 and may take up to 30 days to receive. We apologize for any inconvenience. To avoid this, please be sure to thoroughly check your room for items that are of value to you prior to your departure.
We reserve the right to charge for any damage to or removal of items from the premises and/or unusual cleaning.
Damaged or missing items from rooms post check out will be charged to your security deposit on file. These include but are not limited to remote controls, linens, pillows, mugs, room key, etc. Please inquire if you have any questions or concerns about this policy.
Our rates are all inclusive, based on double occupancy. There are no additional taxes, fees or hidden surcharges. Direct reservations are confirmed by payment of your 1st night in the case of a one or two-night stay OR 50% of your total stay for three or more nights. This may appear as two separate charges on your statement in the case of three or more days. All other channels (e.g. booking.com, etc.) require full payment in advance. A $400 security deposit authorization is required at check in. A valid ID must be presented at time of check in along with the credit card used to reserve online. No cash accepted onsite.
Cancellations are subject to a minimum $50 per booked room cancellation fee and are treated as follows:
In advance of 14 full days prior to arrival date - Refund of deposit, less the $50 cancellation fee.
Within two weeks from arrival - Refund of deposit based on our ability to resell your room(s), less the $50 fee.
A 30-day cancellation or more applies to all bookings of more than two rooms year round.
Please be sure to acquire trip insurance in the event of unexpected illness, death or weather related emergencies as we are not able to make an exception to this policy.
Additional policies apply to group reservations of three or more rooms.
All cancellations must be provided to the innkeeper in writing. You will receive any refund due within 30 days.
