Terms & Conditions

- All rates are inclusive of 16% VAT and a 2% Catering Levy.
- Daily rates are quoted and payable in USD or KSH.

Our Daily Rate includes:
- Breakfast
- Complimentary Wi-Fi in the restaurant and lounge areas
- Afternoon tea/coffee and freshly baked cake
- The option for early check-in or extended check-out (subject to availability).

Not included in the daily rate (unless specified in a package or offer):
- Activities
- Airport transfers
- All drinks
- Any extra meals not listed above.

Meal Plans
Half Board entitles guests to one meal per day (either lunch or dinner) to the value of USD $35 per person.
Full Board entitles guests to both lunch and dinner to the value of USD $70 per person.
*Please note: Any charges exceeding the specified value, plus all drinks, will be billed to your room and charged separately.

Check-in time: 2:00 PM
Check-out time: 10:00 AM

Children under 3 years old stay complimentary.
Children between 3 and 12 years old stay at a reduced rate, as specified on your confirmation.

Please do not bring outside food into the hotel; this is to assure that animals stay out of your room.
Outside beverages are subject to a corkage fee

Should you be eligible for a Resident Rate or Tax Exemption, you must provide all supporting documentation before you check out. Failure to present the required documents will prevent us from granting the requested benefits.

Payment Policy

- All rates include 16% VAT & 2% Catering Levy
- 50% deposit in order to confirm your booking. Balance paid upon arrival.
- We accept major credit cards, bank transfer, Paypal or Mpesa for our East African guests.

Cancellation Policy

General Cancellation Policy:
More than 30 days prior to arrival: Full deposit refund.
30 to 20 days prior to arrival: 30% deposit refund.
Less than 20 days prior to arrival: No deposit refund.

Peak Season (December 20th - January 5th) Cancellation Policy:
More than 90 days prior to arrival: Full deposit refund.
90 to 60 days prior to arrival: 30% deposit refund.
Less than 60 days prior to arrival: No deposit refund.

Please Note: All refunds are subject to deductions for applicable taxes and bank fees.
