A charming little guest house and restaurant, the Auberge Chez Plume is located on the West Coast of the main island of Mahe, in the fishing village of Anse Boileau, facing the beautiful clean waters of the Indian Ocean.

The Auberge has seven double rooms with bathrooms and terraces, and two family rooms suitable for families of 5.

Restaurant Chez Plume is our iconic gem and has existed since the early nineties, with seating for up to ninety people in the main restaurant or the tropical garden.
Renowned for its gourmet restaurant “Chez Plume”, a quaint and rustic gastronomic delight busy with tourists and local residents, you are situated just minutes from some of the best beaches of Mahe Island; from Anse Intendance, Anse Takamaka and Petite Anse in the south to Port Launay and Baie Tiernay in the north, not to mention the endless and picturesque Grand Anse.

The Auberge has built its reputation over the last 25 years on usability, simplicity and excellent value for money. Thirty minutes’ drive from the capital of Victoria and twenty minutes from the airport, the Auberge is accessible and affordable.

Thank you for choosing to reserve a room at Auberge Chez Plume. We look forward to welcoming you to our Guesthouse & Restaurant. By making this booking you are entering an agreement with us. Please read our terms and conditions of booking below.

Prices
Our prices shown include accommodation (Room Only) and may also include full English breakfast (BB-basis) depending on your reservation method and status. Vegetarians and friends with special food requirements are welcome; it helps if you advise us of your requirements prior to arrival.

Should you require a Half Board Supplement (Set Menu Table d'Hote 2-Course or 3-Course Dinner), a Full Board Supplement (Half Board Supplement + Set Menu Lunch) or any other Package Extra Supplement, you may add this during the booking process and it will automatically compound your rate effectively.

Kindly note that if making an online reservation through our website, free night offers will not appear during this process. You will still be required to provide all your full credit card details in order to close and guarantee the reservation. We will then verify your length of stay once we receive notification from the system that you have booked. You will in turn receive a revised invoice and confirmation letter with the correct amount payable reflecting the free nights booked, PRIOR to us charging your issued credit card for any prepayments. Normally we will charge a credit card for the full amount of the booking one month prior to arrival.

Non-Availability of Accommodation
We would only cancel your stay if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would however attempt to find you alternative accommodation of equivalent value. In the event that we were unable to find suitable accommodation, our liability shall not extend beyond the point of a 100% refund, in the instance that you have prepaid your accommodation.

Pets
Sorry but we do not allow pets inside our hotel rooms, restaurant or property under any circumstances.

Children
We welcome children of all ages. We can accommodate young babies by prior arrangement and free of charge; a highchair and a baby cot can then be easily provided.

Arrival
Your accommodation will be available from 12.00pm on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged. We may be able to accommodate you at an earlier time if you arrive earlier than the agreed time, if the room is available.

Guaranteed rooms are available for early morning arrival with a one-night prepaid surcharge in order for us to hold the room for you.

It would be greatly appreciated if you could notify us of your estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours ahead of scheduled check-in.

Room Vacation
We kindly request that you vacate your room by 10.00am on your departure day, unless otherwise arranged. If availability allows, we do extend checkout times to suit later departures.

Smoking
Smoking in the garden or under the patio of your room is permitted, and we have two allocated tables on the edge of the restaurant & bar next to the garden for smokers.

Damage and Breakage
Please take care when staying in our Guesthouse. You are responsible and liable for any breakage or damage which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. We ask is that you do report any incidents when they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may charge you for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant.

Liability
We do not accept liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions in your party. Should you have a significant amount of cash, we recommend that you do not leave this in your room unattended as we will not be able to accept responsibility for any loss. Kindly request safe-keeping facilities for this, which we can provide in our office at no charge.

Privacy Policy
Any data collected during the course of this booking will be stored on our computer(s). We may from time to time contact you about promotions and offers using an email address you have provided upon checkin. We will never share your details with any third party.

Payment Policy

Booking Confirmation & Deposit:
Guests arriving within 30 days have their credit cards charged for 100% of the booking.

In the event that you have to cancel more than 14 days prior to arrival, we will charge 50% of the applicable total booking cost.

In the event that you have to cancel less than 14 days prior to arrival, we will charge 100% of the applicable total booking cost.

In the event of a no-show, you will be charged 100% of the booking cost.

All bookings by email are confirmed by email.

Payment
Payment guarantee should be provided by credit card prior to arrival. We accept Visa and Mastercard. All credit card transactions are secure and no data collected is offered to third parties for any reason. All transactions comply to the relevant legal requirements in Seychelles at the time of the transaction.

Cancellation Policy

By making a booking with us, you agree to be bound by our Cancellation Policy.

Should your travel arrangements change, you should inform us as soon as is practicable to allow us to re-allocate the room(s).

Cancellation Policy:
• Cancellation received between 15 and 30 days prior to the date of arrival will be subject to a 50% (of confirmed room nights’ value) cancellation charge.
• Cancellation received within 14 days prior to the date of arrival will be subject to a 100% (of confirmed room nights’ value) cancellation charge.
• A penalty charge amounting to 100% of the total nights’ value is applicable for no-show, reduced nights or under-stays.
