Quiet Policy: As guests of Cienaga Creek Ranch, you are here to enjoy the peace and solitude. Please respect this by having no music outside your cottage.
Maximum Occupancy: Our cottages are designed to accommodate 4 adults or a single family (mom, dad and kids). No exceptions without a cash deposit.
No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in any of our cottages. Remember, close the fireplace doors when burning the wood fireplace . . . or you'll be smokin' all right!
Help: During your stay, we are available for you any time of day or night. If you have a problem or need, please let us know so we may assist you.

Payment Policy

For cottages: rate is based on 2 persons. For each additional adult, an extra person charge of $25.00 is added to the base rate. No security deposit required.

For homes: Cleaning fees are added for Juniper Ridge ($125) and Granite Vista ($225). Payment in full by check is requested to confirm your reservation. Total is due by check at least 30 days prior to your arrival for non-holiday stays; 60 days for holiday stays. Please provide a credit card upon check in for security deposit ($400). The security deposit will be refunded providing no damages should occur during your stay to the property. Occupancy is strictly enforced to the number of persons stated for each home.

Must be at least 21 years of age to rent. No refunds for early departures. No smoking allowed inside the cottage or home. Disregard of non-smoking policy will result in a $500.00 cleaning charge applied to your credit card.

Pets are welcome in most cottages and Juniper Ridge with advance notice. A pet charge of $10 per night per pet applies.

Cancellation Policy

Cottages: All cancellations are subject to a $25.00 processing fee. When canceling less than 15 days (30 days for holidays) prior to arrival date, you will be financially responsible for the nights that are not rebooked.

Homes: For Granite Vista and Juniper Ridge, cancellations received at least 60 days prior to arrival receive 100% refund; cancellations received at least 30 days prior to arrival receive 50% refund.
