Or in Belspring, VA, this house sits on a large plot of land allowing for many outdoor activities it is actually multiple houses. This house has a king bedroom and second bedroom with twin beds, then full kitchen and living room with open concept. Second house is right beside it with queen bedroom and small living room. Making this near heaven right on the beautiful New River. Virginia Tech campus is only 15 minutes away.

Terms & Conditions
CHECK-IN: On the morning of your arrival you will receive arrival instructions. Accessing the home and room you have rented is a very easy process. We want your stay with us to be safe and comfortable. We guarantee cabins ready by 3pm, an early time may be requested.
CHECK-OUT is 11 am. Let us know if you need a late check-out and we will try to accommodate you. When able, we extend the first hour as a courtesy time after 12 pm will politely charge a $25 fee.
TAXES: lodging tax is 12.3%.
PAYMENT ACCEPTED: VISA, MC, AX, Discover, traveler’s checks, cash.
SMOKING: We are SMOKE-FREE. Cigarettes, cigars, vaping, and candles are not permitted in houses. If smoking is to be done please ensure all trash is safely disposed of. A cleaning fee of $300 will be charged, even after checking out, for guests who ignore this policy.
Our properties are pet friendly. There is an option to add a pet fee during your reservation. If there is any evidence of a pet in a non-pet room or without making us aware of your pet, $300 will be automatically charged.
Payment Policy
DEPOSITS: We charge a 25% deposit at the time of the reservation. This amount is fully refundable if cancelled before the 7 day policy. If there is ever any question or concern we always encourage you to call us directly.
BALANCE DUE: Reservation balances will be finalized to the card on file inside the 1 week cancelation window. Full amount will be finalized at that time and any charges occurring during the stay will be finalized at checkout.
Cancellation Policy
NORMAL STAYS CANCELLATION POLICY: We request a 7 days from check-in time (1 week) advance notice via email to stay@claycorner.com. No shows or less than two days in advance will result in full payment of your booking. (please note premium stay dates below) Cancelations within the 7 day period will forfeit the paid deposit.
Premium Stays Policies
A stay may be considered a premium night(s) if the area demand has spiked. In most cases due to an event i.e. football games. A nightly minimum is often required and will be noted on the reservation software when this applies. For certain events such as football and graduation we will have a required deposit. These deposits may vary.
Premium Stay Dates
Spring Graduation: One night deposit at time of reservation; full refund up until January 1 of graduation year; cancelation after January 1 will result in loss of deposit, cancelation inside of 60 days forfeits entire stay cost; full balances are taken after January 1; two night minimum
Winter Graduation: 30 day cancelation policy; $300 deposit; no nightly minimum required
Football including Spring Game: 30 day cancelation policy; one night deposit at time of reservation; cancelation inside of 30 days forfeits deposit, cancelation inside of 14 days forfeits entire cost; full balances are taken within 30 days of game
August Move-In Week: two night minimum; one night deposit; August 1st cancelation policy, cancelation after August 1st forfeit deposit
