-Must have a MAJOR Credit Card to make ANY reservation. Debit/Check cards will be treated as cash payments and must be accompanied by a MAJOR Credit Card.
-Management assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, theft or loss due to any cause.
-We are a NON-SMOKING Facility, any violation will be charged $250/incident.
-THERE WILL BE A CHARGE FOR ANY DAMAGED OR LOST LINENS. Please ask if you need additional linens for clean-ups or accidents.
-ALL CHILDREN UNDER 18 are the responsibility of their parent. Quiet time is from 10 pm to 8 am, in respect of all other guests.
-24 Hour notice is required for all cancellations. No cancellation charges will incur prior to 3 pm the day before your arrival. If cancelled within the 24 hours or after 3 pm the day before your arrival, 1 nights room fee & taxes will be charged.
