Terms & Conditions

1.- Smoking is prohibited inside your unit, if you do so $60.00 USD extra will be charged to
your account for cleaning expenses.
2.- The use of any glass objects such as: cups, plates, containers in or around pool are not allowed.
3.- No food inside pool and hot tub.
4.- No smoking inside the pool, bathrooms or bedrooms.
5.- Not diving in pool.
6.- In pool use of swimwear is mandatory, cotton garments are not allowed.
7.- Children until 12 years old, inside pool or common areas must be always under adult
supervision.
8.- Hanging towels or clothing on the room balconies is prohibited.
9.- After 22:00 Hrs. it is prohibited to play music or loudspeakers.
10.- The schedule for use of the pool is until 21.00 HRS, if any person gets caught
in illicit or immoral acts, will be invited to leave.
Note: Ignoring Rule # 10 it is cause of penalty with $200.00 USD and you will be asked to
leave.

Payment Policy

COURTESY VALUES: Private WIFI network, private parking / PAYMENT POLICY: Transfer is made for 50% of the reservation and is settled upon arrival at the hotel.

Cancellation Policy

“CANCELLATION POLICY”: 48 HRS before your registration. For cancellations, passing this time will be penalized with the cost of one night.
