Terms & Conditions

If you are traveling with a dog, please be sure and declare the dog during checkin. As a reminder, dogs are not allowed to be left in the rooms alone; no flex leads are allowed; and please do not let the dogs on the beds.

Smoking Policy: Cohill's Inn is a Non-Smoking facility. Smoking in your room or anywhere on our premises will result in a $250 cleaning fee added to your Credit Card. Please note, this includes anyplace on the facility including the deck. Smoking of any form must be done off of the premises. Submission of your reservation represents your acceptance of this policy and your consent for Cohills Inn to charge $250 to your CC should you smoke in our facility.

Pet Policy: Cohill's Inn is a dog friendly facility. All of our rooms are available for use with your dog. No more than 2 dogs are allowed per room. We require a pet fee that covers the entire stay. FLEX LEADS are not allowed on our premises. Loaner leads are available for use during your stay. Pet owners are responsible for any damage done to the room by their animals. Please keep your pets off of the beds. If they are prone to getting on the beds, we do have 'pet sheets' that can be placed over our comforters.

Payment Policy

A one night deposit is required at time of booking. We accept Cash and all major Credit Cards. If you wish to pay in Bitcoin, please email us or place a note in your reservation and we will get back to you right away.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: There is no charge for cancellations received 7 days prior to arrival. If the cancellation notice is received less than 7 days of arrival, guests are responsible for the full reservation as booked.
