Terms & Conditions

Pets are allowed at Cole Cabins so be forewarned that there may be pet dander in the cabins if anyone in your party may be allergic to them.
Pets are allowed free of charge with the understanding that you must clean up after your own pet and that all pet damage will be charged to you. This includes bringing your own coverings for our furniture to keep the pet hair to a minimum. If your pet creates a problem of any kind you will be asked to remove it and board it in town at your own expense.

Smoking is not allowed inside Cole Cabins. You will be charged $250.00 to your credit card if there has been any smoking in the cabins.

Damages to the cabins past normal wear and tear will be charged to your credit card at an estimated rate to complete the repair.

Campers and Tents are not allowed on our property.

Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced. We do not charge more for extra people because we do not allow extra people in the cabins.

Cole Cabins will not be held liable for damage, loss, delay, or expense caused from negligence of guests or friends of guests.

Cole Cabins will not assume responsibility for loss, delay, or expense caused by weather or other circumstances beyond the control of Cole Cabins.

Check In is after 4 PM and Check Out is before 11 AM.

Payment Policy

This policy does not apply to any reservation made through any booking site (Booking.com, Expedia, Orbitz, etc.) except this website. They require a much more strict policy, so please see the information you received from them.
Sturgis Rally policies are stated lower on this page.

~We require a two night minimum stay except when stated otherwise.

~A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to guarantee a reservation and will be charged to your credit card when you make the reservation.

~The balance due will be charged 30 days prior to the arrival date for all single cabin reservations except during holidays and area celebrations.

~The balance due will be charged 90 days prior to the arrival date for all single cabin reservations during the holidays and area celebrations.

~Multiple cabin reservation's balance due will be charged 90 days prior to the reservation arrival date.

Sturgis Rally Reservations

~ Advance full payment is required to reserve a cabin during the Sturgis Rally. Your credit card will be charged at the time you make the reservation for the total amount of the reservation.

Cancellation Policy

We are not responsible for your health, or the weather not cooperating with your plans, or any other reason you choose to use as a reason to cancel your reservation---Please do not ask us to alter our policy for you!

~All deposits are non-refundable.

~Single cabin reservations that are cancelled after the final payment is due and 10 days prior to arrival will be refunded 50% of the total reservation cost.

~ Single cabin rentals canceled 10 days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable.

~Group/multiple cabin rentals canceled after the final payment is due are non-refundable if more than one cabin is cancelled. If only one cabin is cancelled it will be handled the same as any single reservation above.

~There will be no refunds for early departure or for any other reason.

~There will be no refunds for No Shows.

Sturgis Rally Cancellations

~75% of the amount charged to your credit card will be refunded to that card if you cancel before March 1st.

~No refund will be given for Sturgis Rally reservations cancelled on or after March 1st.

~There will be no refunds for early departure or for any other reason.
