Terms & Conditions

Hotel Regulations
• All the people who stay at the hotel are subject to this regulation during their stay, which is considered an adhesion contract that must be fulfilled. Otherwise, the management reserves the right of admission and permanence.
• TIME OF ENTRY AND DEPARTURE: The time of entry to the rooms is set at 3:00 pm and must be vacated at 12 hrs. the next day; after that time, the hotel will have the right to make an extra charge of $550 pesos MXN per hour.
• REGISTRATION: All guests must register before entering the hotel.
• KEYS: Every time guests leave the hotel, they must deliver the keys to the reception without exception. The keys must be left before noon to clean the room. If you lose the key, you must pay a replacement of $300 MXN.
• TOWELS: It is totally prohibited (without any exception) to remove towels from the hotel.
• FORGOTTEN OBJECTS: They are kept for a month; the hotel is not responsible after that date.
• FOOD AND DRINKS: It is not allowed to introduce food and drinks into the rooms or public areas of the hotel unless they were purchased in the bar or restaurant of the same; Otherwise, the hotel may require their removal.
• RIGHT OF ADMISSION: The hotel reserves the right to admit occasional visitors, and in no case will their access to the rooms be allowed. In case of non-compliance, the management reserves the right to order the immediate departure of the visitor.
• INFRINGEMENTS OR CRIMES: If guests are caught causing damage to the property, offending other guests, or stealing hotel or other people's belongings, the hotel has every right to request that they leave by paying for each of the actions that have been damaged and the respective fine or failing that, the pertinent authorities will be notified, taking the guest's belongings as collateral.
• Any damage caused by guests to objects, movable property, or property owned by the hotel, will be their sole responsibility, and they must pay for their repair.
• The accommodation is non-transferable.
• No smoking in the hotel.
• The administration declines all responsibility for losing jewelry, money, documents, or other valuables of any kind kept in the rooms because there is a safe for their custody. To communicate with reception, dial 101.
• For complaints and/or suggestions, go to reception and ask for the manager in charge.

Reglamento Hotelero
• Todas las personas que se hospeden en el hotel, durante su estadía estarán sujetas a este reglamento, el que se considera un contrato de adhesión que se debe cumplir. Caso contrario, la gerencia se reserva el derecho de admisión y permanencia.
• HORA DE ENTRADA Y SALIDA: El horario de ingreso a las habitaciones se fija a las 15 hrs. y deberán ser desocupadas a las 12 hrs. del día siguiente; después de esa hora, el hotel tendrá derecho a efectuar un cargo extra de $550 pesos MXN por hora.
• REGISTRO: Todas las personas hospedadas deberán registrarse antes de ingresar al hotel.
• LLAVES: En todas las oportunidades en que los huéspedes abandonen el hotel, deberán entregar las llaves la recepción sin excepción. Para la limpieza de la habitación, deben dejarse las llaves antes de las 12 Hs. En caso de extraviar la llave deberá pagar una reposición de $300 MXN.
• TOALLAS: Esta totalmente prohibido (sin ninguna excepción) retirar toallas del hotel.
• OBJETOS OLVIDADOS: Se resguardan durante un mes, pasada esa fecha el Hotel no se hace responsable. 
• ALIMENTOS Y BEBIDAS: No se permite la introducción de los mismos en las habitaciones o áreas públicas del hotel, salvo que fueran adquiridos en el bar o restaurante del mismo; caso contrario el hotel podrá exigir el retiro de los mismos.
• DERECHO DE ADMISION: El hotel se reserva el derecho de admisión de visitas ocasionales y en ningún caso se permitirá el acceso de las mismas a las habitaciones. En caso de incumplimiento la gerencia se reserva el derecho de ordenar la salida inmediata del visitante.
• INFRACCIONES O DELITOS: En caso de que se sorprenda a los huéspedes causando desperfectos a los inmuebles, agraviando a otros huéspedes o robando pertenencias del hotel o ajenas el hotel esta en todo su derecho de pedir que se retiren pagando cada una de las acciones que hayan dañado y multa respectiva o en su defecto será notificada las autoridades pertinentes tomando como garantía las pertenencias del huésped.
• Cualquier daño causado por los huéspedes a los objetos, bienes muebles o al inmueble de propiedad del hotel, será de su exclusiva responsabilidad, debiendo abonar la reparación de los mismos.
• El alojamiento es intransferible.
• Prohibido fumar en el hotel.
• La administración, declina toda responsabilidad por la pérdida de alhajas, dinero, documentos u otros valores de cualquier clase conservados en las habitaciones, por existir una caja de seguridad para su custodia. Para comunicarse con Recepción digite 101.
• Para quejas y/o sugerencias, diríjase a la recepción y pregunte por el gerente a cargo.

Payment Policy

Tarifa por habitación por noche en moneda nacional – MXN, tarifas más 21% de impuestos, se aceptan niños compartiendo habitación en camas existentes, no mayores a los 5 años por el tamaño de las camas. Se requiere ser mayor de edad para registrase en el Hotel, no se aceptan mascotas, Wifi sin costo en áreas comunes, toda reservación requiere una garantía para la cual es necesaria obligatoriamente una tarjeta de crédito vigente y está sujeta a las políticas de modificación y cancelación de cada temporada. Se aceptan tarjetas de crédito VISA, MCARD y AMERICAN EXPRESS en el Hotel.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELACIONES Reservaciones garantizadas con tarjetas de crédito VISA, MASTERCARD Y AMERICAN EXPRESS, se podrán cancelar hasta 7 días antes de la fecha de llegada sin cargo alguno. Una cancelación realizada con menos de 7 días antes a la fecha de llegada producirá un cargo del monto total de la primera noche de estancia. En caso de no llegar el día reservado, no será reembolsada la cuota pagada y se cargará la primera noche. De igual manera no aplican reembolsos para salidas anticipadas.
