The Condon Motel is an 18 unit, smoke free property with both single and double rooms. American owned and operated, we take pride in meeting our customers needs while visiting the area.
We offer refrigerators, microwaves, coffee, device charging stations and wi-fi in each room. Our staff works very hard to provide our customers with clean and comfortable rooms. Pets are always welcome, a pet fee is charged.

Terms & Conditions
This property is privately owned. The Owner and or Manager reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
The Condon Motel LLC will not be responsible for accidents, injury to guests, loss of money jewelry or valuables of any kind. Please do not leave valuables in your room.
This is a non-smoking property, therefore if the customer smokes ANY SUBSTANCE in or around the room to the extent it can be smelled inside the room, the customer agrees to pay an additional cleaning fee of $150.00. In such severe cases that the room cannot be rented due to smoke damage the customer agrees to reimburse the Condon Motel LLC the daily rental of $65.16 that is lost due to being unable to rent (maximum of 10 days)
Pet owners agree to be responsible for repair or replacement of items damaged by their pet. Pets cannot be left unattended in the room unless in a closed door crate. We prefer that where you go, the animal goes.
We are a small motel and want everyone to have a quiet comfortable stay. Please keep televisions, conversations and other noises to a minimum after 9pm. Complaints from customers about loud or foul language will result in a request of the offending party to leave the property.
Payment Policy
Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express accepted. We offer a $5.00 discount for cash.
Cancellation Policy
Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Our cancellation policy is 24 hours notice. Therefore, you need to cancel before 2:00 pm the day before you were scheduled to arrive. After 2:00 pm, you will be charged for 1 day and the room will be released for rental.
On holiday weekends we ask for 48 hours notice.
