Terms & Conditions
Reservations/Guarantee: Reservation in advance will guarantee your stay and services in the hotel. Your reservation is guaranteed if paid the required deposit.
Check In/Check-Out: Hotel Coral Blanco check in time from 2:00 PM, and Check- Out time until 12:00 Noon. Late Check-Out requests may be made through the reception only, and are subject to determination based on hotel occupancy. Additional charges may apply. During Check-In required: Passport or ID, signing the policy agreement and full payment of accommodations.
Smoking Policy: All the guestrooms at Coral Blanco Hotel are non-smoking. If smoking are occurred the fee will apply for cleaning purposes. Smoking is possible in the open space or balcony.
Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed.
Third or Extra Person Fee: Room rates are listed for single / double occupancy. For an additional adult the charge of $10 per night, per person applies. Children of 12 and under are free. Up to 3 person per suite.
Minimum Age Requirements: All guests must be 18 years or older to confirm accommodations at Coral Blanco Hotel. A valid photo ID must be presented at the time of check in for age verification. Any guest who does not meet the minimum legal drinking age of 21 will be denied any service that includes alcohol. All children under 18 years old should be accompany by a legal guardian.
Tax, Fee & Service: The base price of accommodation $60 don’t include 18% tax. The price in the restaurant don’t include 10% service charge.
Outdoor pool: You swim at your own risk while using the pool. The pool has a deep zone (3 meters) 9 feet. Children under 10 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Glasses, bottles, or food, must not be taken into the pool area. All drinks must be only in plastic cups.
Notes: For protection of your valuables please use the safe. We are not responsible for the loss of valuables. Please close the windows when the Air Conditioner is on. Please observe cleanliness and avoid damage. Ignoring hotel policy may follow full cancellation of your reservation and loss of deposit.
Payment Policy
The Guest will be charged a deposit of the first night after reservation. During Check-In required full payment of accommodations.
Accepted Methods of Payment: Cash (DR, USD, Euro), Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover Card, PayPal, Cash App, Zelle, Bank Popular (DR bank account). The cardholder name must match the name of one of the guests. We do not accept third party payments. We use only Secure Online Transactions & Payments.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation permitted 7 days before arrival free of charge. If cancelled in less than 7 days or in case of no-show the deposit will be taken as a non refundable reservation fee.
