We are a 1950's era beachfront property with 17 modestly accommodated rooms . All rooms have kitchenettes and partial or full ocean views.
The resort has a relaxed atmosphere and is in a quiet location complimented by breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean.

**OFFICE HOURS Monday to Saturday 9 AM to 5 PM and Sundays 9 AM to 3 PM.** (holidays may have different hours)

CHECK OUT IS BY 11AM - late check out is subject to room availability & will be $25/hour - up to 4 hours max

CHECK IN IS AT 3PM - check in after office hours is subject to prior approval & must be arranged directly through the office on the day of or day before arrival
*** Late arrivals not pre-authorized by the office will not be honored ***

50​% deposit required for booking reservations, 1 night stay requires pay in full.

HOUSEKEEPING: $50 PER DAY - MUST REQUEST AT CHECK IN OR BEFORE 2 PM ON THE DESIRED DAY OF SERVICE

PET FEE: $85.00 PER PET
