Property Information
Our Bed and Breakfast is located in the Historic Town Square, the Heart and Soul of Decatur, Texas. The Courthouse Suites is within walking distance to shopping and dining and also an ideal location for a romantic getaway or business retreat.
Upon entering the old orange door you will encounter stairs leading to our uniquely different suites. If the stairs are an issue please reconsider, if not, its worth the trip up.

all rooms are double occupancy, additional guest $25 each per night.

Accessibility - all rooms are upstairs with no elevator
All suites offer: central heat/AC, towels, linens, shampoo, blow dryer, iron & ironing board, stocked refrigerator, fresh fruit and snacks
Breakfast is from 7am to 11 noon, at Brandi's Country Kitchen adjacent on the square. No kitchen on-site.
We accept Credit Cards only for rental and deposits, full payment or balance processed when you check in.
Must 21 or older to rent room, with credit card issued in your name.

Well behaved children 6 and older are welcome, our building is not suited for children and infants. please respect other guest and not let children play in hallway or stairs
We are a non smoking & candle free facility. Smoking is allowed on back deck and Back stairs.
Excessive Cleaning fees or Property Damage - Accidents do happen, we simply ask to be reimbursed for damage. Make-up, wine, food/coffee, smoking or other stains/ odors may require professional cleaning or replacement and fees will be billed accordingly. lost keys require re-keying by locksmith $50.
The Bed and Breakfast is an unattended property. Please lock front and back doors while in your room or when you leave the property. Do not let unknown people enter the building with you unless they have a key.
