Terms & Conditions

CROTON CREEK GUEST RANCH AND WINGSHOOTING LODGE (CCR)
THORNTON FAMILY ADVENTURES LLC TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DEPOSIT
An initial payment of 50% of the total booking cost is required on date of booking to hold a reservation. Remaining 50% to be paid before check-in.

CANCELLATION
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away.
50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in.
No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
Cancellations not made prior to 24 hours of check-in time of day of arrival, are subject to pay the remaining balance of the reservation.
Cancellations made 24 hours or less before the check-in time of reservation day via phone call, will be subject to pay the remaining balance of the reservation.
**The 3% credit card fee is non-refundable.

OCCUPANCY
Please do not exceed the maximum number of individuals stated in the Reservation

NO SMOKING
Smoking or Vaping is NOT allowed within any of the buildings/lodging on the Property. Fireworks are not allowed at the Property. Ash trays are located outside of the hotel, cabins, and social barn. Please use them.

GARBAGE
Dumpsters are located south of both the hotel and social barn.

USING ITEMS
Guest is responsible for operating the items and systems found in the home and CCR cannot guarantee that every item requested is available and in working order. We will make every effort to assure the home and all equipment is operational prior to your arrival, but in the event that an item or system is not working, no refunds will be given.

USE OF PREMISES
Guest shall use the premises only in a lawful manner. Guest shall not misuse or neglect the Premises. Guest shall not use the Premises for any commercial or unlawful activity.

CHECK - IN
Check-in time is 3:00 pm. Guest cannot access the premises prior to 3:00 pm without prior approval for early check-in. Please ask if you need an early check-in. No guarantees on early check-ins.

CHECK - OUT
Check-out is no later than 11:00 am. As such, the premises must be vacated of people and belongings by this time or earlier. Please ask if you need an early check-out. No guarantees on a late check out.

TRAILERS TENTS & RV’s
Using trailers, tents or RV's for living space or sleeping is allowed on this property at any time. We do charge for these, so please make reservations!

BE RESPECTFUL & NEIGHBORLY
The Rental Party shall govern themselves in a civilized, respectful manner and shall be good neighbors respecting the rights of the surrounding property owners. The Rental Party shall not be noisy or loud and likely to disturb or annoy the surrounding property owners. Any outdoor noise should be kept to a minimum.

PET’S
Pets are allowed on the property. Pets are welcome to stay in some of our properties but not all of our properties and a non-refundable pet deposit of $10.00 per pet per night will be required. This is our policy if your pet will be staying in the cabin/hotel room with you. We ask that all pets be crated when inside. Pets are absolutely not allowed on the beds. If there is excessive hair on the beds/couches a $150 will be billed to your card on file for cleaning and replacement of bedding. No pets allowed in the Social Barn. Please keep pets on a leash at all times. This is due to our other guests, their pets, and our pen-raised birds. We do offer outdoor kennels and a fenced in area for pets to run and play in. Both free of charge!

ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Guest agrees to accept any charges for any additional fees incurred during the guests stay. Please settle your balance on check-out day.

TAKE CARE & BE RESPECTFUL OF THE HOME
Please be respectful in regards to people and property, such as the house, land, amenities, furnishings, neighbors and surrounding area.

INDEMNIFICATION & LIABILITY
Owner and Agent shall not be liable for any damage or injury to Guest or to any other person or to any property, occurring on or within any portion of the Premises. Guest acknowledges that the Premises is subject to certain inherent dangers, such as its proximity to a body of water, rocks, fire pits, wild animals. Guest agrees to defend and hold Owner and Agent harmless, and to indemnify Owner and Agent from any claims for damages or injuries caused by Guest, the Rental Party and/or other occupants, visitors or other individuals.

Warning: Under Oklahoma law there is no liability for an injury to or death of a participant in an agritourism activity conducted
at this agritourism location if such injury or death results from inherent risks of the agritourism activity. Inherent risks of agritourism activities include, among others, risks of injury inherent land, equipment, and animals, as well as the potential for you to act in a negligent manner
that may contribute to your injury or death. You are assuming the risk of participating in the agritourism activity. (2 O.S 5-16)

ATTORNEY FEES
Owner and Agent shall be entitled to recover any costs and/or attorney fees incurred in enforcing the terms of this agreement.

VIOLATIONS OF TERMS & CONDITIONS
Any violation of the Croton Creek Guest Ranch & WingShooting Lodge and Thornton Family Adventures LLC terms listed above may result in a forfeiture of your rights regarding this rental property, including eviction from the premises without refund.

Payment Policy

DEPOSIT
An initial payment of 50% of the total booking cost is required on date of booking to hold a reservation. Remaining 50% to be paid before check-in.

6% Tax and a 3% credit card service fee will be applied to your booking.

After you submit this form, your request will be processed and you will receive your booking confirmation immediately.
The information entered into this form will be sent via a secure server.
