Terms & Conditions

Children and extra beds:
One child under 5 years stays free of charge when using existing beds.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the Riad room or Deluxe room.
Extra Bed 50 Euro (only available for superior and suite).
No room can host more than 3 persons including under 5 years old.

Whole Riad booking:
The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking.
Cancellation Policy: 45 days before.
(Times quoted are from the hotel’s time-zone (WEST))
Booking Confirmation: All bookings are confirmed via email, only a written confirmation is considered as a firm booking. Only written cancellations are acceptable. All cancellations by phone are to be followed by an email or fax, until doing so all bookings are maintained, failure to comply will result in the above mentioned cancellation charges being applied.
35 Euro cancellation fees applied to credit card booking and bank transfers.

Your privacy:
Your information is safe with us. When you use our sites or contact us by post, telephone, fax, email or SMS, we collect, store and use certain personal information that you disclose to us. This includes details such as your name, address, telephone, fax, email and mobile phone number. We operate an automatic opt-in policy which means that when you request information from us on one of our properties or make an enquiry or reservation, we add you to our database.

Cancellation Policy:
If you have booked a refundable room
If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
EXCEPTIONS: Between the dates 1st of September to the 30th of November, 20th December until the 6th January, and from the 1st of March to the 30th of May, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Payment Policy:
In order to confirm your booking, we will send you a secure international bank link by e mail where you can fill your credit card details and confirm payment.
The rates quoted are based on your period of stay. Rates are subject to change as a result of changes in your arrival and/or departure dates.
Rate given is for 1 or 2 adults only.
In the event you complete a booking based on a rate that has been incorrectly posted, the Hotel reserves the right to correct the rate or cancel the reservation at its discretion, and will contact you directly in order to do so.
Please Note:
Taxes and service charges: 10 % VAT is included in the total of your bill.
EUR 2.50 city tax per person per night is excluded.
Service charge is at guest discretion at the end of the stay.
Payments made with Visa, Visa debit, Maestro, Electron and MasterCard incur a 3.25% charge.
Cash payments receive a 5% discount.
