Dave's Hideaway provides non-smoking rooms. $250 USD will be charged for smoking in non-smoking rooms. Pets are NOT allowed!
Dave's Hideaway reserves the right to judge acceptable levels of noise or behavior of guests, who must take all steps for corrective action as requested by Dave's Hideaway. In the event of failure to comply with management requests, Dave's Hideaway may terminate the booking, stop any event immediately and / or ask the Client to vacate the premises immediately without being liable for any refund or compensation.
Guests must inform Dave's Hideaway staff immediately of any loss of or damage to their property, Dave's Hideaway is not responsible for the loss of or damage to guests' property, which occurs as a result of inappropriate or irresponsible behavior by the guest, or where the guest has used unnecessary force, or in situations where the guest is responsible for the property. Dave's Hideaway is not responsible for death, injuries or illness that may occur while in non-permitted areas. Checkout is 11 a.m. Guests checkout after 11 a.m. will be charged an additional nights stay.
Payment Policy
We accept all major credit cards. A valid credit card is required at time of booking to guarantee the reservation. A valid credit card must be presented upon arrival to secure the room, tax and incidentals for the entire stay. If no major credit card is on file there will be $150 deposit. All hotel guests must be 18 years of age or older to register. We request that minors be accompanied by an adult. Please present a valid photo ID at check-in.
Cancellation Policy
Please cancel by 3 p.m. 72 hours prior to arrival to ensure no charges are incurred.
