DAMAGE TO CABIN/PROPERTY OF CABIN
* We kindly ask that you take care of the cabin and its belongings. Any damage caused will be charged to your credit card for repair or replacement.
*We provide fresh linens for your comfort. If any linens are stained or damaged, a fee will be charged to your credit card at checkout.
*Resort towels are for unit use only. Please avoid taking them to the beach. Damaged towels will incur a $30 fee per towel.
RESORT RULES
*Each unit has a maximum occupancy limit. Exceeding this limit will result in a $100 per day charge for each additional person.
*The beach and common areas are reserved for registered guests only and are not for unregistered guests' day use.
*To ensure a peaceful environment, we ask for quiet after 11 pm.
*Each stay includes one parking spot. Additional vehicles are subject to availability.
*Please display your parking pass on your vehicle at all times.
*Boat trailer parking must be approved by staff. Unauthorized trailers will be towed.
*Keep Doors Closed: To prevent insects and other pests from entering and to maintain the effectiveness of our climate control systems, please ensure all doors are kept closed when not in use. Leaving doors open for extended periods can result in an influx of bugs and increased utility costs.
PRIVACY OF INFORMATION
* Your privacy is important to us. We do not share your personal information, including your name, address, email, phone number, and credit card details. All information stays with Davis Cove Resort.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
* Check-In: 4:00 p.m. If you arrive early, please check with the office to see if an early check-in is possible.
* Check-Out: 10:00 a.m. Please respect this time as our cleaning staff has a tight schedule. A checklist of check-out procedures is provided in the resort binder in your cabin. Completing these tasks helps avoid extra charges.
* Davis Cove Resort is keyless! Each cabin has a pin pad on the front door. You will receive a unique 4-digit door code for the duration of your stay. This code is deleted upon checkout for security reasons.
The Bongo Bouncer is available from approximately June 15 to September 15, depending on water conditions. Enjoy!
CLEANING
* A cleaning fee is applied to each stay to ensure our cabins are spotless for every guest.
PETS
* We love animals, but unfortunately, we do not allow pets at the resort.

Deposit Policy
To secure your booking, a deposit of 30% of your total accommodation cost is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance will be charged 30 days before your check-in date.
Unless we receive other instructions, the balance will be charged to the credit card on file.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy to ensure you are aware of any fees that may apply.
Cancellations 30 days or more in advance: If you cancel 30 days or more before your reserved check-in date, a cancellation fee of 30% of your total accommodation cost will apply.
Cancellations within 30 days of check-in: If you cancel within 30 days of your check-in date, the full accommodation cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Please note: Davis Cove Resort reserves the right to enforce these policies due to lost revenue from short-notice cancellations.
