Assignments to floor locations are not guaranteed, unless confirmed in advance. Pets will be considered.
Please be mindful of your fellow guests by observing Quiet Times from 10 pm to 8 am nightly. This includes amplified music, loud talking and gatherings on the beach after 10 pm. Check in any time after 3 pm. Check out is at 11 am.
Del Sol Properties shall not be liable for any claim, loss, damage, cost or expense of any nature incurred by any person occupying or visiting the property. This includes anything, arising out of personal injury, property loss, accident or death, loss of physical or mental enjoyment, delay or inconvenience resulting from any acts or omission by the owner of the property, or from any other party, any act of God, war, Force Majeure, virus or disease, strike, government act, or any other extenuating circumstances or cause.

Holiday booking exceptions: Payment for reservations between Dec 15 and Jan 5 are due 30 days prior to arrival.

Política de cancelación

DEL SOL BEACHFRONT -- Cancellations for reservations during Holiday Season (Dec 15-Jan 5) are fully refundable up to 30 days prior to arrival. No refunds if cancellation is made under 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to arrival during the reminder of the year will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are 100% non-refundable.
