Our casual bed-and-breakfast style inn offers pet friendly policies. Dogs are like family, so there are no additional fees to bring them along. No extra room charge, No size limits, and No breed restrictions is our unique offering.
Our private unique location makes us cannabis friendly. The City of Desert Hot Springs has some of the most progressive cannabis industry professionals in California. They work hand-in-hand with city government to make a place like our boutique hotel totally cannabis friendly.
We are California’s Spa City – located only 15 minutes from exciting downtown Palm Springs. Enjoy the view from our private backyard park area and rest assured the pool and spa are never crowded – even when we are fully booked. That makes us the perfect weekend get-a-way for spa lovers.

Terms & Conditions
We look forward to your stay at Desert Hot Springs Inn. We are a small, boutique, all-natural mineral springs hotel, with limited office hours. Our check in times are from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. We are able accommodate later check in times, however, you will need to call 760-600-0246 and make special arrangements.
Check out time is 11:00 a.m. Please leave the keys on the dresser, and the room unlocked.
Some guest rooms are located on the second floor. There is no elevator and no bellhop. Please pack accordingly.
Free parking is available to all our guests in the front of our hotel.
Please be sure to check the room carefully upon departure for personal belongings. Additional fees will apply if we have to mail your items to you after your stay.

Payment Policy
CREDIT AUTHORIZATION: For regular bookings, we require a credit card to hold your reservation. On the day of your reservation, we will typically validate your card. This temporary validation may appear on your online statement as a pending charge of $1. We do not collect any funds at this time. The pending charge will disappear after a day or two. Up to 3 days before your arrival date, per our cancellation policy, we reserve the right to run an authorization on your card for the full amount of the booking. This is an authorization only, not a charge. An authorization on your credit card validates the card and verifies that funds are available to cover the entire booking charge. The authorization will place a pending hold on those funds. We typically settle the transaction on the day of your departure. If you decide to use a different payment method on departure, we can cancel the authorization on the original card on file.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELATION POLICY: If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 3 days in advance of your arrival day. We charge an advanced booking fee of 50% of the total room reservation if the reservation is canceled less than 3 days before your arrival date.
