PAYMENT IN FULL IS DUE AT CHECK-IN. THE BALANCE MAY BE PAID BY CASH OR CREDIT CARD. SORRY NO PERSONAL CHECKS.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE:
Queen Suites, Villa Suites, 1-bedroom Suites: CHECK-IN: 2 PM; CHECK-OUT: 11 AM
ALL 2 and 3-BR Suites & Cottages: CHECK-IN: 3 PM; CHECK-OUT 10 AM
Penthouse Suite: CHECK-IN: 4 PM; CHECK-OUT: 12 noon

PARKING: 
One parking space per unit in the main parking lot. Two parking spaces included for larger suites: M3, M5, M7, C7, C8 & Penthouse Suite. The 2nd parking space may be in the secondary lot. Additional parking spaces may be available, but are not guaranteed - please make requests with your reservation or at check-in. There is a $10 per night charge for extra parking spaces and all extra spaces with be in the secondary lot.

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE: 
Daily towel and linen exchange is offered to all guests (except those in the Penthouse). Guests can put towels and linens they want exchanged in the basket outside their unit door and trash can be tied outside the unit door or disposed of in the dumpster. Staff will make rounds between 8AM-3 PM to check for towel service. If a guest desires exchange after 3PM please bring to the office or text 207-730-3193. For guests staying longer than 3 nights, if cleaning of the inside of the suite is desired, please speak to staff in the office or text 207-730-3193 to schedule. In room service may be limited to Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

OFFICE HOURS: Onsite staff are available 24 hours/day but may only be in the office between 8AM-11PM. You can text 207-730-3193 or call 207-934-2514 for assistance at any time.

KITCHEN ITEMS are provided for your convenience. Please clean any items used prior to your departure.

GRILLS AND GRILL TOOLS are also provided for your convenience. Please turn the tank off after use and clean grill and tools after use for the next guest.

POOL HOURS: 8 AM – 10 PM. There is no lifeguard on duty - Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Please no glass in pool area. Other rules posted at pool entrance.

NOISE POLICY: Please be respectful of other guests and keep noise at a reasonable level especially in the evening and early morning. We have quiet hours between 11PM-8AM. Guests continuously making excessive noise may be asked to leave or be removed from the premises.

SMOKING POLICY:
All of Beach Villa’s suites, porches, and pool area are NON-SMOKING. NO smoking is allowed within 10 feet of all porches or the pool area. Smoking is only allowed in the designated areas. Please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground. Dispose of in the receptacles provided in the designated areas. Smoking of marijuana is not allowed anywhere on the property and guests may be asked to leave if this is done. Evidence of smoking of any kind inside unit will result in a $250.00 charge. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

PETS are NOT allowed from the Friday of Memorial Day Weekend through Monday, Labor Day. If interested in travelling with a pet in May, September or October, please contact us by email or phone to book as pets are only allowed in specific first floor suites. Please inform us prior to your arrival if a pet will be travelling with you. A $25 per night pet fee will be charged at check-in.

By signing the check-in registration document, guest agrees to the following: I understand the policies stated above and I authorize the Beach Villa Motel & Cottages to debit my Credit or Debit card (on file) for any additional charges incurred during the stay listed above.

30% deposit, minimum $50 required at time of booking. Balance due at check-in by cash or credit card. Sorry, personal checks are not allowed at check-in.

Politique d'annulation

30-day cancellation notice required for all 2 and 3 bedroom units and 60 day cancellation required for 4 bedroom Penthouse unit to receive deposit (minus a $100.00 cancellation fee).

7-day cancellation notice for Villa Suites
to receive deposit (minus a $50.00 cancellation fee).

Failure to comply with cancellation policy will result in no refund on deposit.
