Terms & Conditions

Check-In and Check-Out:
1.1. Check-in time is after 2:00 PM local time.
1.2. Check-out time is before 11:00 AM local time.
1.3. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Reservations:
2.1. Reservations can be made through our website, by phone, or in person.
2.2. A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation.
2.3. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the provided credit card prior to arrival.
2.4. The guest must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.

Payment:
3.1. Payment for the stay is due at the time of check-in.
3.2. We accept major credit cards and cash payments.
3.3. Any additional charges incurred during the stay must be settled upon check-out.

Cancellations:
4.1. Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled arrival date are free of charge.
4.2. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to one night's stay.
4.3. No-shows will be charged for the full duration of the reservation.

Hotel Policies:
5.1. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the hotel. A designated smoking area is available outside the premises.
5.2. Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals.
5.3. Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the hotel property during their stay.

Liability:
6.1. The hotel is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings or valuables.
6.2. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Payment Policy

Payment Methods:
1.1. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards.
1.2. Cash payments in Mexican Pesos (MXN) are also accepted.

Credit Card Pre-Authorization:
2.1. A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation.
2.2. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the provided credit card for the total amount of the reservation prior to arrival.

Additional Charges:
3.1. Any additional charges incurred during the stay, such as room service, minibar, or damages, will be charged to the guest's credit card.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Deadline:
1.1. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee.

Cancellation Fee:
2.1. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to one night's stay.

No-Show Policy:
3.1. In the event of a no-show (guest does not arrive without prior cancellation), the guest will be charged for the full duration of the reservation.
