The Duchamp Healdsburg is a private urban oasis, secretly nestled in the very heart of Healdsburg’s famous downtown plaza area. Limited to just six exclusive and private bungalow suites that surround our 50’ outdoor pool and spa, the Duchamp offers all their guests a luxuriously indulgent experience with an unmatched level of privacy and convenience to downtown Healdsburg. We are literally just steps away from the very best restaurants & tasting rooms the wine country has to offer.
The clean contemporary lines and simple adornments of each of our single story exclusive bungalow suites are reminiscent of European chic design. Each room is richly appointed with a king bed, covered in European quality linens and has a large sitting area with oversize stuffed pillows. We invite you to linger in our spa sized showers and feel spoiled in front of the extra-large contemporary stainless steel vanity. Start your day with coffee on your own private enclosed patio and end it on that same patio with a refreshing glass of wine. Or maybe just sit by our full-sized pool and relax to the sounds of birds singing in our olive trees.

DUCHAMP HEALDSBURG IS AN ADULT ONLY - PET FREE PROPERTY.
ROOM DETAILS & CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Each one of our exclusive Private Suites features a king bed, oversized spa shower, fireplace & sitting area, private terrace, mini bar, and modern amenities ensuring your stay is a memorable one.
Check-In Time: 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM (Please call us in advance if checking in after 5:00 pm)
Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM (No late Check-Outs Please)
CHILDREN & ADDITIONAL GUESTS:
Because of the privacy guests demand and the intimacy of our Private Suites & Property, we do not allow minors under the age of 21 to stay on the premises. Rooms are limited to two guests.
SMOKING:
In response to our guest’s request, the Duchamp Hotel is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises. Guests smoking anywhere outdoors on the premises will incur an additional charge of $500.00 to your credit card on file. Smoking inside of any one of our Bungalow Suites will incur a minimum automatic charge of $1500.00 to your credit card on file. Actual costs for repairing and remedying smoking damage to one of our Bungalow Suites may easily exceed $1500.00 of which you will be responsible to pay for.
PETS
In response to our guest's requests, The Duchamp Hotel is a pet-free property. Service animals must be registered in advance.
ROOM RATES:
Room rates are subject to change based on demand and availability, including all applicable state & local taxes.
NOTICE
In the event we cannot host you per your reservation due to suite unavailability, we will contact you as soon as possible and immediately remit a complete refund of all monies collected with no further guest obligation.
Payment Policy
STANDARD RESERVATION PAYMENT TERMS:
A 50% deposit will be taken upon acceptance of the reservation.
Standard reservation deposits are 100% refundable provided you cancel at least 30 days in advance of your arrival date. Thereafter the reservation will be non-refundable. On the 29th day prior to your arrival, we will charge the remaining balance of your full stay (including all state & local taxes) to your credit card on file. All payments must be made by Visa or MasterCard as we do not accept cash or checks for standard reservations.
SITE BUYOUT & SPECIAL EVENT PAYMENT TERMS:
All Site Buyout/Special Event reservations require a 100% pre-paid deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is 100% refundable (less a $500 admin fee) provided you cancel at least 91 days in advance of your scheduled arrival date. Cancellation requests may only be made via fax or email and are not valid until accepted & confirmed in writing by the Duchamp Hotel. All payments must be made by check as we do not accept credit cards for Site Buyout/Special Events reservations.
Cancellation Policy
STANDARD RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATIONS:
If you need to cancel your reservation after it is non-refundable, we will do our best to re-rent your room to another guest for your reservation dates. If we are successful in doing so, we will gladly refund your entire reservation amount. If we are not successful, you will not be issued a refund. Cancellation requests may only be made via fax or email and are not valid until accepted & confirmed in writing by the Duchamp Hotel. Due to the small and intimate size of our hotel, cancellations affect us significantly so we must hold firmly to our cancellation policy. There are no refunds for no-shows or early departures.
SITE BUYOUT / SPECIAL EVENT RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATIONS:
Due to the significant commitment and upfront planning required by the Duchamp Hotel for a Site Buyout or Special Event, we do not allow cancellations for any reason after your deposit becomes non-refundable, 90 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Due to the small and intimate size of our hotel, cancellations affect us significantly so we must hold firmly to our cancellation policy. There are no refunds for no-shows or early departures.
