The Echo Motel is a Motel with free parking, near Old Orchard Beach Pier.
Along with a seasonal outdoor pool, this smoke-free motel has barbecues and a picnic area. Free Wi-Fi in public areas, and free self parking are also provided. All rooms provide conveniences such as fridges and microwaves, plus complimentary wireless Internet access and flat-screen TVs with cable channels. Terms & Conditions

Motel kitchenettes have 1, 2 or 3 beds. Sleeping units have 2 beds. All rooms have A/C, heat, microwaves, small refrigerators, cable flat screen TV, iron with board and bathroom with a shower. Kitchenettes have a 2 burner cooktop, coffeemaker, pots, pans, and utensils. Parking for 1 car per unit.
Advertised rates are for advanced reservations. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Additional persons $20 motel per night. If reservation arrives with more people (including children of any age) than agreed to, the reservation may be cancelled without refund.

Subletting accommodations is prohibited.

Deposits for reservations are $350 for motel/studio, $2,000 for the cottages. Deposits must be received within 7 days of making the reservation, credit cards will be charged at the time of the reservation. Motel balance is upon arrival. Cottage balance is due March 1, 2024. Cottage cleaning/security deposit requires a $350 credit card hold to be released 1 week after the date of departure.

Reservations are based on arrival & departure dates. Deposits apply to the last night of the reservation and held until 5pm of the scheduled date of arrival unless arrangements have been made.

Confirmations will be mailed or e-mailed upon receipt of a deposit. Payment may be made with MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Traveler’s Checks, Money Orders or in Cash upon arrival for the full reservation. Personal checks are accepted for deposits only.

Check-in: 4pm. Check-out: 10am. No late check outs. Car must leave property at check-out.

Payment Policy

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations:

MOTEL: One half of your deposit will be returned for motel cancellations made 45 days prior to the date of arrival.

There will be no refunds for early departure regardless of the reason including shorter stay, bad weather, illness etc.

Minimum stays may be requested. No Email Cancellations!

All cottages are rented by the week during "High Season."

The Echo Motel is non-smoking. Smoking is allowed in designated areas away from the rooms and decks.

The Echo Motel has no pet accommodations.
