Terms & Conditions

Minimum age of guests is twelve years old; minors are allowed to stay in separate room(s) under the responsibility of the parent or guardian.
You may not smoke anywhere in the Hotel; we provide designated smoking areas outside the building. If you have smoked in your room, we'll charge a £100 cleaning fee.
Payment Policy
The deposit to secure a booking is £100.
Full payment of the remaining charges is due upon checking out.
Group bookings—five or more rooms—are subject to their own terms and conditions.
We accept Mastercard, Visa and Maestro cards; we do not accept American Express cards.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.
Our bank details are: Royal Bank of Scotland, sort code 83–23–10, account number 16752080, IBAN GB36RBOS83231016752080.
Cancellation Policy
If you decide to cancel your reservation more than four weeks before the check-in date, we shall return your deposit less a £10 administration fee.
If you decide to cancel your reservation within four weeks of the check-in date, we shall retain your deposit.
In all cases we shall offer to hold over your deposit for a future booking, at no charge.
For no-shows, cancellations or curtailments on or the day before arrival, we also reserve the right to charge 100% of the original booking unless we can re-let the room(s).
Group bookings—five or more rooms—are subject to their own terms and conditions.
