Terms & Conditions

EL RANCHO MOTEL Terms and Conditions are set out for the safety and enjoyment of all guests staying. The person checking into the unit and/or signing the registration card acknowledges and agrees that these conditions apply and extend to any person occupying or visiting EL RANCHO MOTEL and/or using the facilities in the complex at the invitation of or with authority of the Guest. Guests agree to pay all charges incurred by them and their visitors during their stay including any fees or charges incurred as a result of a breach of the terms and conditions below.

Bookings: All bookings made in person or over the phone require a valid credit card number and expiry to confirm the reservation. These details are held for security purposes on file and we do not charge until arrival/departure depending on the guest’s preference.
Cancellations made within 48 hours prior of your arrival date will incur charges for loss of deposit (1 night).
Group booking cancellation policy will be advised and confirmed when the booking is made.
Check-in is from 3 pm on the day of arrival and check-out is before 11am on the day of departure.

For early check-in/late check-out please call before 11 am on the day of your arrival.

Cancellation: Cancellation of a reservation within 48 hours of the check-in date and time (ie. from 3 pm, 1 day prior to check-in date) may result in charges equivalent to the first night’s accommodation. For a no penalty cancelation, meaning 48 hours before check-in) there must be written proof or a call to support the claim.

No Show: Guests that fail to arrive without any prior explanation to management will be treated as a “No Show” and as such may be liable for the full accommodation charge.

Payment Methods: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payments made by cash must be made in advance and a deposit may be requested.
EL RANCHO MOTEL does not accept account payment by check unless prior arrangements have been made with management.
Your stored credit card WILL BE CHARGED the morning prior to arrival, please make sure to provide a valid Credit Card.

Departure Time: All guests must check out before 11am on the day of departure unless prior arrangements have been made with management. If your departure time exceeds 1 pm, there will be charge of 1 night’s accommodation.

Additional Charges:
Lost keys: $60 per key
Carpet cleaning: $70 per room
Damage to rooms: cost of repair to new/replacement and loss of accommodation during repair/replacement
Breakages: cost of repair to new/replacement and loss of accommodation during repair/replacement
Beach towels: $40 each
Lost property returns: arrangement required with management plus shipment fees.

Smoking: Strictly prohibited in El Rancho Motel rooms and building. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas and if the smoking policy is breached, a $250 will be charged without reinstatement and the guest may have to arrange other accommodation instantaneously.

PARKING IS LIMITED- GUEST CAN PARK AT ORANGE AVE. (NO RESTRICTIONS) ADDITIONAL PARKING AT THE ALLEY- OK TO PARK IN THE TWO PARKING SPOTS IN THE FRONT.

Payment Policy

Stored credit card will be charged one day prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

No penalty if there is a 48 hour cancelation, which is 2 day prior to arrival before 3 p.m. Proof of cancelation request must be shown.

Full deposit will be charged if there is a no show.
