We assume no responsibility for any loss, theft and damage to baggage, property, valuables or for injury, illness, death, damages or claims however so caused arising directly or indirectly from war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, unavoidable technical problems with transport, machinery or equipment, delays, power failure, fire, adverse weather conditions or levels of water, accidents.
We do not take responsibility for any items and valuables stored in the room safes and in the rooms.
Payment Policy
Booking Terms:
A 50% advance payment (up to max 300 EUR) confirms your booking; the payment link will be emailed to you.
The rates are subject to a 10% service charge.
(For your understanding, in Sri Lanka, service charge is an integral income component for the local employees.)
Balance payment at check-in: Cash (EUR, USD, GBP, CHF) or credit card
A 3% processing fee applies on credit card payments (VISA, MASTER, AMEX).
Cancellation Policy

Pre-booked Kite and Wing foiling lessons and rentals will not be refunded.
