EVS reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for any damages and/or losses that may incur during the guest's stay

Payment Policy

Valid credit card details needed at time of booking

Final reservation costs to be paid in full upon arrival or departure

Cancellation Policy

Free cancelation up to 3 weeks (21 days) prior to reservation date

25% of reservation total charged if canceled 15-21 days prior to reservation date

50% of reservation total charged if canceled 7-15 days prior to reservation date

75% of reservation total charged if canceled 1-7 days prior to reservation date

100% of reservation total charged if canceled within 24 hours of reservation date or in the event of a no show
