Situated in the fashionable North Shore area of Blackpool, just off the Queen’s Promenade. Well removed from the hustle and bustle of the crowds, yet close enough for you to enjoy all that Blackpool has to offer.
Empress Select Holiday Flats consists of seven fully self contained flats, studios and apartments, including our luxury Doreen Holiday Suite and Apartment No. 3 ideal for families and also our refurbished contemporary Flat 5 ideal for couples.
All units are furnished to a high standard and cleanliness is guaranteed. The resident proprietors are on hand to ensure you have the most enjoyable time at Empress Select Holiday Flats.
Terms & Conditions
Flats are available from 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure.
Guests undertake to be responsible for all damages or breakages during their stay.
Cars and their contents are left entirely at owners own risk. This includes any loss or damage to belongings or property however caused.
Visitors to guests flats are strictly not permitted.
We cater for families, couples and singles. Sorry but we are not able to accept bookings for large groups.
PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT ALLOW OVER OCCUCPANCY IN OUR UNITS. EACH UNIT HAS A STATED MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PEOPLE IT WILL SLEEP. FOR EXAMPLE, THE HOLIDAY SUITE IS A MAXIMUM SEVEN PEOPLE, WE WILL NOT ALLOW EIGHT PEOPLE, BABIES ARE COUNTED IN THE OCCUCPANCY NUMBERS. THIS IS TOO DO WITH INSURANCE, HEALTH AND SAFETY AND FIRE REGULATIONS. We thank you for your understanding with this REGULATION that we have to be strict with, please do not ask us to make exceptions because a refusal often offends.

Our aim is to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Should there be any comments, or requests please discuss them with us.
Full payment is due in advance of occupation, this will be taken on day of booking through your booking portal or 14 days prior to arrival. Credit card details will be held on file to cover any damages or other costs. You may extend your stay at any time, subject to availability. No extra fees are charged for last minute bookings.
Payment must be made in full, in advance by bank transfer or credit/debit card. All prices quoted are in UK Pounds Sterling and are correct at the time of publication. Payment must be made in UK Pounds Sterling. Bookings using a credit/debit card must be made by, or with the consent of the cardholder. Guests must be over 21 years old to make a booking with Empress Select Holiday Flats.
Bookings for stays of 4 weeks or less must be paid in full at the time of booking (prior to occupancy).
Bookings for stays of more than 4 weeks are invoiced in 4 week blocks (28 nights). The first 4 weeks are due for payment at the time of booking. The next invoice (for the next 4 weeks) is due for payment no later than 14 days after check-in. Subsequent payments must be made every 28 days.
The security deposit of £200 will be requested 14 days prior to arrival, and must be paid 2 days before arrival. The payment is through invoice payable to Paget Property Investments Ltd. No money is accepted at the premises. Failure to pay the deposit will result in cancellation of the booking with no refund.
The security deposit is refunded once all keys are returned and the apartment is checked over for damages. Provided there are no remunerations the deposit will be returned with in 14 days from departure.
No fees charged for bookings cancelled within 24 hours of booking.
The guest can cancel for a charge of 50 pounds until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price.
Depending on the reasons for your cancellation, you may be able to reclaim cancellation charges from your insurance company if you have taken out travel insurance. We strongly recommend that clients purchase adequate travel insurance. Regrettably, for the reasons given above, we have to treat any curtailment of your stay as a cancellation.
In exceptional circumstances it may be necessary for us (Empress Select Holiday Flats) to cancel a booking, in the event of this we shall make all reasonable efforts to offer a suitable alternative within our property portfolio, if we cannot offer alternative accommodation we will provide a full refund for the dates we cannot accommodate.
