Patrons must comply to maximum occupancy's set for each room. Pets are welcome and must be acknowledged at the time of the reservation and or at check-in Pet fees will apply as set for each room. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear to the room will the the responsibility of the Patron and expenses will be negotiated based on the damages,
There are no REFUNDS or CREDITS for early checkouts.
The Erin Motel is a NON-SMOKING establishment. The fine for smoking in a room is $200.
This includes tobacco products, cannabis products and vaping products.
Smoking is allowed on the property outdoors.
Payment Policy
A major credit card can be used to make your reservation.
Your card will be charged 10 to 14 days in advance to your stay.
If you prefer to pay with cash, you can pay cash at the end of your stay / reservation if arrangements were made, in advance, with the inn keeper.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that you may have situations arise. You should know that we are a small motel and cannot absorb losses due to late cancellations.
PLEASE UNDRESTAND OUR CANCELATION POLICY BEFORE BOOKING A RESERVATION.
If you choose to cancel It must be done 14 days before your arrival date or within 24 hours from when your reservation is made.
Otherwise the room/s will be charged in full.
The exception is if the room/s get booked for the dates that you would have stayed, you will be charged a $50 administration fee.
