Welcome and thank you for choosing to stay with Euro Hotel. For the comfort and security of all our guests, it is important that you know and understand our rules and responsibilities. By making this booking you are entering an agreement with us. Please read our rules, terms and conditions of your booking below.
Please make sure you are familiar with the Fire Precaution Rules and Emergency Exits. No fire doors are to be propped open, and do not tamper or misuse any fire safety equipment: smoke detectors, alarms, extinguishers etc.
Please be respectful of all staff and other guests at all times.
No one other than the paying guests are allowed to stay in the rooms at any time.
All visitors must report to the reception desk and sign in with valid identification.
Children must be kept under the supervision of their responsible adults at all times.
You are expected to ensure a good level of hygiene and cleanliness of your rooms. You are liable to extra charges for any damages or mess.
Check in timings may vary. Check out time 11:00, you must vacate your room by then. There is an additional fee of £10 per hour for later check outs. The maximum late check out time is 13:00, after which you will be required to pay for another night of accommodation.
We have a zero littering policy, if you are suspected to be throwing away litter in places other than the bins provided there is a £20 fine.
There is a strict no smoking policy by law on this premises, with a minimum £150 fine for anyone caught smoking. In order to prevent yourself and us from breaking the law; we have allocated areas for smoking and respectfully request you to stay within these parameters.
Alcohol consumption at this property is prohibited. Anyone found to be consuming any form of drugs or prohibited items will be asked to leave immediately without a refund and reported to the responsible authorities. This includes ‘nitrous oxide’ canisters.
Hotel management have the right to enter your room, if needed for security purposes.
The Garden will be shut between 23:00 to 06:00 for security reasons (access is available through the breakfast room).
Kitchen and laundry facilities are for staff use only.
All keys must be returned at the end of your stay. There is a £15 fee for any missing, damaged or unreturned keys.
By making your booking our agreement is a legal contract and your deposit is non-refundable.
The price of the accommodation includes the following: electricity, bedding, general cleaning, hot water, central heating, continental breakfast and Wi-Fi. All other services may render addition costs.
All payments must be made in full before keys can be given to bedrooms.
We also ask that you take care when using the garden. There are various activities such as basketball, football etc. Please consult your doctor/physician prior to engaging in such activities which may potentially cause adverse effects upon your health.
We do not take responsibility for any accidents or injuries sustained on our premises.
Prior to any events and gatherings taking place, authorisation is required from the proprietor.
We are not liable for any damages to personal possessions or vehicles on our premises. All valuables must be secured at the owner’s risk.
Under new GDPR guidelines, we take responsibility for processing all information gathered safely and securely. We will hold your information for the minimum length required by law. Please feel free to direct any queries or requests for information to the hotel manager.
All vehicles parked on our premises must sign in at the reception. Unauthorised vehicles are liable to a parking charge on our premises.
Be mindful when parking; leave enough space for other vehicles and do not obstruct any entrances or emergency exits.
All customers and visitors who enter our premises, do so by entering an agreement to abide by these rules, terms and conditions.
The management reserve the right to terminate the accommodation of any person who fails to abide by the rules. Any person who causes a disturbance will be kindly asked to leave. Their details will be recorded for future references, and in severe circumstances they will be reported to the necessary authorities.
No Smoking Hotel Policy
We have a strict no smoking policy. It is illegal to smoke on our premises.
This applies to all rooms and communal areas.
We continue to respect the rights of individuals. However, it is our responsibility to make sure that smoking does not occur on our premises. If we fail in this duty the customer caught smoking will be committing an offence and we may also be committing an offence.
Due to the seriousness of this matter, and the implications for breach of these laws, if you are found to be smoking or if you compromise the fire precautions or firefighting equipment in any way (for example by tampering with or covering a smoke detector head or utilising a fire extinguisher unnecessarily) our management and staff are duty bound to request that you stop any such behaviour immediately. Whilst your immediate co-operation may result in a lesser sanction being applied in less serious cases, normally in such circumstances we will have no choice but to take the following actions against you:
1. Immediately ask you to leave the premises without a refund
2. Charge you up to £150
3. Hold your reservation details in order to block any future stays – by staying in our hotel you consent to us holding such information in the event that you smoke on the premises.
For these reasons, please do not smoke in this hotel at any time.
Whilst this decision will be welcomed by many customers, we realise that some customers may find this inconvenient. Therefore, there are two allocated smoking shelters located in the garden and front of the property.
We request customers to respectfully restrict their smoking habits within the allocated areas and dispense all waste products in the bins provided. Anyone found to be misusing or littering in the allocated areas will also be subject to a charge up to £150.

The welfare of our customers and visitors is of the utmost importance to us. We are reviewing the coronavirus situation regularly and are following the advice and guidance of the government, National Health Service (NHS) and Public Health England (PHE).
Our property remains open and we’ve made some changes to our cleaning routines to ensure your stay is as safe as possible.
What are we doing to keep you safe?
- We continue to maintain our robust cleaning and sanitation schedule across our property, with a particular focus on high contact areas such as, doors, railings, seating areas and other surfaces.
- We have also increased the frequency of checks to the hand wash facilities and will ensure that we have plenty of soap available.
- We have adopted the Airbnb 'Enhanced Cleaning Protocols', to further ensure the level of cleanliness remain at a high level.
What can you do to help?
1. When entering or exiting the property, we urge customers to make use of soap provided in rooms.
2. Once inside your room, we advise you to remove your footwear to minimise the risk of spread.
3. Please restrict your time within the communal areas and maintain social distancing with others.
We accept all major card providers and payments methods.
All payments must be made in full before keys can be given to bedrooms.
