Our Evergreen Townhomes are ideal if you are looking for a lot of affordable space, a great central location, and a fair amount of luxury and comfort! They are custom built, with many natural wood touches and the look and feel is a modern fusion chalet-style. The setting is adjacent to a 40 acre wooded lot, and it is not unusual to see moose and porcupine wondering past the townhomes. Each Townhome has three bedrooms and two baths, with 2 king beds and one queen...and there are decks off of the king rooms. The Evergreen Townhomes also come with day passes to the Homer Inn & Spa, where you can enjoy an oceanfront hot tub, an evening around the campfire, and a time to relax on our huge oceanfront deck over the Bay. We look forward to hosting your stay in America's premier wilderness town!

Terms & Conditions

Payment: We accept Visa & MasterCard, Discover, Checks or Cash. We do accept American Express with a 1.5% surcharge (which is the cost difference for us compared to other credit cards).

Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation for a two night stay or longer. For a single night stay, the full amount of that stay is due at the time of booking the reservation.
If we experience a problem processing your credit card and are unable to resolve it with you within 48 hours we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.

Balance: Your balance, plus the 7.85% Homer area sales tax, will be due 30 days prior to your arrival date for a two and three night stay...and will be charged to the card on file. With 2 rooms reserved, your balance will be due 60 days prior to arrival...and will be charged to your card on file. With three or more rooms reserved, your balance will be due 90 days prior to arrival...and will be charged to your card on file. With a reservation length of four days or longer, your balance will be due 90 days prior to arrival...and will be charged to your card on file.
Your room will be paid in full upon arrival. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation if a credit card is invalid, and we are unable to process the final 50% that is due as listed above before your arrival. We will attempt to reach you via the phone number or the e-mail address given if your credit card is invalid...and reserve the right to cancel the reservation within 48 hours if a corrected credit has not been given to us by then. Any deposits paid to that point will be forfeited.

Cancellation Policy

We take the approach to be as relaxed and professional as possible with our guests...but our cancellation policy is VERY firm. Please don't ask us to make exceptions!
We have a stricter cancellation policy that is in line with other higher quality inns...we simply don't have the marketing power of chain hotels to refill rooms that have been canceled in the short run. We HIGHLY recommend travel insurance through squaremouth.com. We will work with your travel insurance company to make sure you get the maximum refund on any lost travel expenses.

We have a 30-day cancellation policy for a one, two, and three night stay:
With at least 30 days notice of cancellation, (2 weeks in "off season") we will refund you in full, less a 10% processing fee per room (minimum $50). If less than a 30-day notice (2 weeks in "off season") of cancellation is given, no refunds will be issued…the full value of your reservation will be forfeited. If you book your room within 30 days of your arrival and choose to cancel, the full value of your reservation will be forfeited. Although cancellations are rare, we do recommend purchasing travel insurance, which is usually available through your credit card company for a fee.

With 2 rooms booked with us:
We have a 60-day cancellation policy: With at least 60 days notice of cancellation, we will refund you in full, less a 10% processing fee per room (minimum $50). If less than a 60-day notice of cancellation is given, no refunds will be issued…the full value of your reservation will be forfeited. If you book your rooms within 60 days of your arrival and choose to cancel, the full value of your reservation will be forfeited. Although cancellations are rare, we do recommend purchasing travel insurance, which is usually available through your credit card company for a fee.

With 3 or more rooms booked with us:
We have a 90-day cancellation policy: With at least 90 days notice of cancellation, we will refund you in full, less a 10% processing fee per room (minimum $50). If less than a 90-day notice of cancellation is given, no refunds will be issued…the full value of your reservation will be forfeited. If you book your rooms within 90 days of your arrival and choose to cancel, the full value of your reservation will be forfeited. Although cancellations are rare, we do recommend purchasing travel insurance, which is usually available through your credit card company for a fee.

Reservations for four days or longer:
We have a 90-day cancellation policy: With at least 90 days notice of cancellation, we will refund you in full, less a 10% processing fee per room (minimum $50). If less than a 90-day notice of cancellation is given, no refunds will be issued…the full value of your reservation will be forfeited.
