- NO SMOKING INSIDE THE PROPERTY – if you wish to smoke please do so outside the front entrance. Please do not throw your cigarettes onto public roads/pavements/private property, as you may be charged £80 by the police.
- NO PETS.
- Please respect your neighbours: We have a variety of long term and short term tenants staying within our building so please keep the noise in the communal areas to a minimum and try to avoid any loud music or shouting after 9pm.
- NO PARTIES: We of course want you to enjoy yourselves in the Falcon Apartments and are not prude when it comes to dinner parties or bedtimes however, we will not tolerate any loud or obnoxious parties within our property.
- Safety and Security: Please make sure that all doors and windows are closed firmly behind you (and secured). There is CCTV in operation in the building to make sure everyone is safe and secure but we ask all tenants to make sure that the door to the main building is closed on entrance and exit

Cancellation Policy
The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
