Our hosts are happy to support you in everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible, service hours are from 8:00am until 11:00pm.

Pets are welcome at no additional cost, we only require advance notice.

Adult Only Hotel:We reserve the right to admit children under 15 years old. This is due to the structure and design of our space, as it could imply a risk for them, we appreciate your understanding.

The use of the terrace and common areas is exclusive for our guests, visitors are allowed until 10pm at night.

Food and Beverage:
Enjoy our included breakfast served in our common kitchen from 8:30am to 11:30am daily and evening tapas bar from 5:00pm to 7:00pm also included in your reservation.

The in-house bakery, French press coffee and tea are at your disposal all day long at no extra charge.

Honesty Bar: Drinks in the refrigerator and alcoholic beverages in the kitchen are available 24 hours a day at an extra cost. We will appreciate that you write on the list next to the menu in the kitchen all the drinks you consume and settle your bill one night before check out.

We are located in the heart of one of the most lively, colorful and folkloric cities in Mexico. We have implemented devices in the rooms that reduce noise by a considerable percentage, however we appreciate your understanding about the ambient noise.We remind you that we do not refund for cancellations of current reservations.

EARLY CHECK-IN / PRE-REGISTRATION
Early check-in is offered based on availability. If you require a guaranteed check-in for your arrival before 2:00 pm, pre-registration and payment may be required. Please contact the front desk staff directly to complete the credit card authorization process prior to arrival.

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
Guests must be at least 18 years of age to register at Boulenc Bed and Bread. In the interest of security and to prevent fraud, guests must confirm their identity by presenting valid government-issued photo identification (voter ID, state driver's license, passport, etc.) at check-in. A valid, signed and pre-approved credit or debit card in the guest's name is also required. It is your responsibility to fully understand how your bank processes pre-authorizations and charges to your credit/debit card. Some banks hold pending authorizations for up to 30 business days.

PRE-AUTHORIZATION AT CHECK-IN
We require a pre-authorization of credit/debit cards at the time of registration. A pre-authorization is a temporary hold of a specified amount of the available balance on your credit/debit card for the total amount of one night of your planned stay, plus tax. All credit/debit cards are pre-authorized at check-in. The pre-authorization is not a charge to your account, it is a hold on those funds. Once your actual charge is posted at check-out, it may take 24 hours to 30 days for your bank to remove the original pre-authorization. In general, most banks release the hold within 3-5 days. It is your responsibility to know how your bank handles all of your transactions, including pre-authorizations. We cannot remove pre-authorizations directly through our hosting company. When you provide our front desk with your card and sign our Registration Form upon arrival; you give us your consent to use the card as security for full payment of any property damage you cause or extra items you consume. In the event that you leave the hotel without checking out at our front desk, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for the full balance of your bill.

12:00 p.m. Additional day charge plus tax may apply for late check-out.

CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE
Check-out time is 12:00 p.m. Please check-out at the front desk so housekeeping staff can begin cleaning your room as soon as possible. If you require a later check-out, please contact the front desk prior to your day of departure and we will do our best to accommodate your request. A late check-out charge may apply without notice.

DEBIT/CREDIT CARD HOLDERS
Your credit or debit card is not valid unless it is signed. We will refuse an unsigned card. Your debit or credit card will be pre-authorized at check-in for the full amount of one night. The pre-authorization WILL hold the funds until the time of check-out and upon signing your check-out voucher, at which time the process of releasing your held balance will begin. If you change your payment method at check-out or change the length of your stay, your bank may not post the changes to your account immediately. Boulenc Bed and Bread has no control over your bank's policies and will not be responsible for any "non-sufficient funds" penalties or any other resulting charges. It is your responsibility to fully understand how your bank processes pre-authorizations and charges to your debit or credit card. Some banks have pending authorizations for up to 30 days.

Payment Policy

Reservations made through the different reservation channels will be charged by their platforms.

The collection of reservations made directly at the establishment, either by email, telephone or social networks, will be managed depending on the rate plan, either through an online collection link, national bank transfer and/or in some special cases by PayPal and/or or international bank transfer.

**In the case of an international transfer, we will ask that the equivalent of $30 USD + VAT be added due to the commission.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies: 1. Standard rate; This type of reservation can be cancelled 14 days prior to arrival without charge.1.2 High season rates: Direct reservations in high season must pay a non-refundable deposit of 100% 2. Non-refundable rate; This rate enjoys a special discount under the premise of being charged in full at the time of booking, either payment by deposit or charge to your credit card by the hotel or extranet where you have booked. *Reservations made by the different extranets will adhere to the cancellation policies stipulated by the extranet. Group rate: This rate enjoys a special discount, once the reservation is confirmed a non-refundable deposit of 100% of the total amount is required.
