Terms & Conditions

All Provisional Bookings are held up to 7 days only and can be extended up to 2 weeks maximum (this depends on the arrival dates). They automatically expire after the given expiration dates and you might lose space if we don't hear from you.

NB: Five Volcanoes holds the rights to release all non-guaranteed bookings if need be, but a reminder will be always sent out before selling the space. If the guests arrive at the hotel and no payment has been made, we will let them check in but we won't be able to let them check out without paying.

Cancellation Policy

PRIVATE BOOKINGS:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required in order to confirm the booking.
The remaining amount will be charged latest 1 month prior to arrival. Costs for permits are due for the full amount after booking.

TOUR OPERATORS:
A 20% deposit is required for a confirmed booking. The remaining amount is due latest 1 month prior to arrival and proof of payments to be sent to us.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
• 2 months prior to arrival (60 days) a penalty of 50% will apply.
• 1 month prior to arrival (30 days) penalty of full payment will apply.
