VALENTINE’S STAY ExPERIENCE – 14th February

Join us for an evening of romance with your loved one at Flagstaff Lodge , taking place on Thursday 14th February 2019.

Bedrooms will be available to check into from 3pm. The afternoon is then yours to relax and enjoy the cosy facilities . Warm yourself in front of the log burning stove in our Bar and Bistro, or wrap up and take a walk around Slieve Gullion or treat your loved one to a day of shopping in Newry.

Guest Information
• Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is 11am (contact us to request alternative arrangements).
• We have onsite parking and cars and their contents are left at the owner’s/guest’s own risk. We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage.
• All our rooms and public areas have free WiFi access.
• Dinner is served in our Lounge from 4pm- 8pm Mon Tues Wed Thurs, and from 12pm-9pm Fri and Sat sun We strongly recommend making a reservation for dinner - just call us on +4428 302 63871.
• Our bar is open until midnight Sun-Thurs, and 1am Fri and Sat.
• Breakfast is served from 7.30am until 9.30am. Please contact us in advance if you need an earlier breakfast.

• We will do our best to accommodate your special requests, so please let us know as soon as possible.

Terms & Conditions
• All reservations require a valid credit card guarantee and for our busier nights a small deposit may be taken (guests will be notified in this instance). This is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• For group bookings of 8 rooms or more the deposit will be equal to one night charge. Bookings of 8 or more rooms must be cancelled 21 days before arrival to avoid 1 night cancellation charge for all rooms. Payment in full for 8+ rooms is due 14 days before arrival.
• Guests included in each reservation is detailed above, any additional children (under 12 years) will be charged at £20 each, and additional older children & adults at £30 each.
• All children (under 16 years of age) must be accompanied by an adult and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Please note that the Flagstaff Lodge operates a no-smoking policy, and any guest found to be smoking inside the building will be charged. We have several designated smoking areas for your convenience.
• We reserve the right to confiscate any food/beverages brought onsite without advance permission. Strictly only food/beverages purchased onsite can be consumed in the public areas.
• While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of all information. The Flagstaff Lodge does not accept liability for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change and add information.

Payment Policy

All rates are quoted per room per night inclusive of service and VAT, unless otherwise stated. Rates are quoted in GBP.

We accept Visa and MasterCard. .We accept Euro notes, subject to our rate on your arrival.

We reserve the right to make amendments to the quoted rate in the event of changing circumstances (additional guests, etc).

Cancellation Policy

Reservations should be cancelled before 12 noon two days before arrival, to avoid 1 night full room charge. In the event of a no-show/no cancellation, 1 night full room charge will be charged to the card details provided.

If reservation was subject to a deposit, it is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Group bookings of 8 rooms or more must be cancelled 21 days before arrival to avoid 1 night charge for all rooms.
