No Smoking

Check-in time is 4:00 pm. Your keyless lock code will activate at 3:30 pm for you to self check-in.
We will be happy to check you in early if your room is available.
Check out time is 11:00 am.

Free parking on site with overflow parking available between the sidewalk and the street. Do not park in the boat ramp parking lot.

All guest rooms are located on the second and third floor. There is no elevator.

Payment Policy

Our rates are all inclusive, based on double occupancy (2 people per room only.) There are no additional taxes, fees or hidden surcharges. Direct reservations are confirmed by payment of your 1st night in the case of a one or two-night stay OR 50% of your total stay for three or more nights. This may appear as two separate charges on your statement in the case of three or more days. All other channels (e.g. booking.com, etc.) require full payment in advance.

Cancellation Policy

As we are a small independent business, cancellations affect us greatly. Therefore, all cancellations are subject to a minimum $20 per booked room cancellation fee and are treated as follows:
-- In advance of 14 days (two weeks) prior to arrival date - Refund of deposit, less the $20 cancellation fee.
-- Within 14 days (two weeks) from arrival - Refund of deposit based on our ability to resell your room(s), less the $20 fee.

Please be sure to acquire trip insurance in the event of unexpected illness, death or weather related emergencies as we are not able to make an exception to this policy.

Additional policies apply to group reservations of three or more rooms.

All cancellations must be provided to the innkeeper in email. You will receive any refund due within 30 days.
